การศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยสำคัญที่สนับสนุนและพัฒนาการจัดการศึกษาปฐมวัยขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลนาซ่าว อำเภอเชียงคาน จังหวัดเลย โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างในการศึกษา คือ เจ้าหน้าที่ที่ปฏิบัติงานในองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลนาซ่าว อำเภอเชียงคาน จังหวัดเลย และผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง จำนวน 195 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating scale) 5 ระดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพื้นฐาน ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยสำคัญที่สนับสนุนและพัฒนาการจัดการศึกษาปฐมวัยขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล นาซ่าว อำเภอเชียงคาน จังหวัดเลย พบว่า ในภาพรวม มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ( = 3.36, S.D. = 0.66) ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด อยู่ในระดับมาก ได้แก่ ด้านบริหารงานทั่วไป ( = 3.59, S.D. = 0.68) รองลงมา ได้แก่ ด้านบริหารงานงบประมาณ ( = 3.45, S.D. = 0.71) และด้านบุคลากร ( = 3.26, S.D. = 0.85) ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ได้แก่ ด้านวิชาการ ( = 3.15, S.D. = 0.91)
The purpose of this research was to study the important factors supporting early childhood education of Nasao Sub-district Administrative Organization, Chiang Khan District, Loei Province. Samples were 195 persons of Nasao Sub-district Administrative Organization and others whom related with that organization. The instrument used for collecting data was a 5-rating scale questionnaire. Collected data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, and Standard Deviation. Findings were showed that: The overall important factors which supported the management of early childhood education of Nasao Sub-district Administrative Organization, Chiang Khan district, Loei province, was at a moderate level ($\bar{X}$ = 3.36, S.D. = 0.66). The general administration factor had the highest mean and was at a "high" level ($\bar{X}$ = 3.59, S.D. = 0.68). Next was the budget administration factor, and the personal factor which stayed at a moderate level ($\bar{X}$ = 3.45, S.D. = 0.71) and ($\bar{X}$ = 3.26, S.D. = 0.85), and the factor that had the lowest mean was the academic factor ($\bar{X}$ = 3.15, S.D. = 0.91).
