การวิจัยนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษา 1) การควบคุมภายในของศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยอำเภอบางบ่อ 2) ความเสี่ยงของศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยอำเภอบางบ่อ และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการควบคุมภายในกับความเสี่ยงของศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยอำเภอบางบ่อ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา หัวหน้ากลุ่มงาน ครู กศน.ตำบล ครูอาสาสมัครการศึกษานอกโรงเรียน ครูศูนย์การเรียนชุมชน และคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา จำนวน 26 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยอำเภอบางบ่อ มีการควบคุมภายใน โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมาก 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ สภาพแวดล้อมการควบคุม การประเมินความเสี่ยง และกิจกรรมการควบคุม และอยู่ในระดับ ปานกลาง 2 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร และด้านการติดตามประเมินผล ตามลำดับ 2. ศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยอำเภอบางบ่อ มีระดับความเสี่ยง โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 3. ตัวแปรที่ได้รับคัดเลือกเข้าสมการ คือ ตัวแปรสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร ส่งผลต่อความเสี่ยงของศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยอำเภอบางบ่อ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
The purposes of this study were to find 1) the internal control of Bangbo District Non- Formal and Informal Education Center, 2) the risk of Bangbo District Non-Formal and Informal Education Center, 3) the affecting of the internal control and the risk of Bangbo District Non-formal and Informal Education Center. The population school administrator, head officer, Sub-district Non-Formal and Information Education center teacher, Non-Formal and Information Education volunteer teacher, community center teacher, library staff and education committee. The questionnaire was used as an instrument for collecting the data. The statistics used for analysis the data were frequency, percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. Findings were showed that 1. The internal control of Bangbo District Non- Formal and Informal Education Center as a whole was rated at a high level. Considering each aspect found 3 aspects were at high level the environment control, risk evaluation, and control activity. While information and communication, and evaluation and follow up were rated at a moderate level. 2. The risk of Bangbo District Non-Formal and Informal Education Center as a whole was rated at a moderated level. 3. The internal control affecting the risk of Bangbo District Non-Formal and Informal Education Center in the information and communication aspect at a level of .05
