การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของครูต่อการมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนอินทรัมพรรย์อนุสรณ์ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เขต 1 ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นครูที่ปฏิบัติการสอนในโรงเรียนอินทรัมพรรย์ อนุสรณ์ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เขต 1 จำนวน 56 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม ใน 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตรและพัฒนาการเรียนรู้ ด้านวัดผลประเมินผลและวิจัย ด้านการพัฒนาสื่อเทคโนโลยีและแหล่งเรียนรู้ ด้านการประกันคุณภาพภายใน มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.965 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความคิดเห็นของครูต่อการมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนอินทรัมพรรย์ อนุสรณ์ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เขต 1 โดยภาพรวมและ รายด้านทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก ตามลำดับดังนี้ ด้านการวัดผล ประเมินผลและวิจัย ด้านพัฒนาสื่อเทคโนโลยีและแหล่งเรียนรู้ ด้านพัฒนาหลักสูตรและพัฒนาการเรียนรู้ และด้านการประกันคุณภาพภายใน
The purpose of this research was to study the teachers opinion on participation in academic administration of Intarumphun Anusorn School under Samutprakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 from 56 teachers. A questionnaire included 4 aspects of academic administration the curriculum and instruction development; the evaluation, assessment, and research; the technological media and learning resources development; and the internal assurance, with a reliability of 0.965. The collected data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, and Standard Deviation. The results showed that the teachers opinion on participation in academic administration of Intarumphun Anusorn School under Samutprakan Primary Educational Service Area office 1 in every aspect was at a high level, as follows the evaluation, assessment, and research aspect; the technological media and learning resources development aspect; the curriculum and instruction development aspect; and the internal assurance aspect, respectively.
