การศึกษาวิจัยในครั้งนี้มความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของข้าราชการครูที่มีต่อการบริหารงานกิจการนักเรียนโรงเรียนอนุบาลชุมชนบางบ่อ (ศุภพิพัฒน์รังสรรค์) สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เขต 2 ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา เป็นข้าราชการครูในโรงเรียนอนุบาลชุมชนบางบ่อ (ศุภพิพัฒน์รังสรรค์) จำนวน 50 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.96 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษาวิจัยพบว่า ข้าราชการครูโรงเรียนอนุบาลชุมชนบางบ่อ (ศุภพิพัฒน์รังสรรค์) สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เขต 2 มีความพึงพอใจในการบริหารงานกิจการนักเรียนของโรงเรียนในระดับมากทุกด้าน
This research, aimed to examine the teachers satisfaction with the student affairs administration of Anubanchumchonbangbo (Supapipatrangsan) school. Population used in this study included 50 teachers in the Anubanchumchonbangbo (Supapipatrangsan) school. A 5-rating scale with a reliability of 0.96 was used as an instrument for this study. The statistics used to analyze the data composed of percentage, mean, and Standard Deviation. The results were as follows The teachers were satisfied with the student affairs administration of the Anubanchumchonbangbo school (Supapipatrangsan) under the jurisdiction of the Samutprakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 at a high level.
