การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมาย 1) เพื่อศึกษาความคาดหวังของผู้ปกครองที่มีต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนบ้านป้องกันตนเองด่านชุมพล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคาดหวังของผู้ปกครองที่มีต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนบ้านป้องกันตนเองด่านชุมพล จำแนกตามอาชีพและระดับการศึกษาของผู้ปกครอง วิธีการศึกษาได้ศึกษาจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นผู้ปกครองนักเรียน จำนวน 129 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามความคาดหวังผู้ปกครองที่มีต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียน 6 ด้าน คือ ด้านการจัดหลักสูตรและนำหลักสูตรไปใช้ ด้านการใช้สื่อการเรียนการสอน ด้านการจัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียน ด้านการนิเทศการเรียนการสอน ด้านการวัดผลและประเมินผลการเรียนการสอน และด้านการพัฒนาบุคลากรทางการสอน และคำถามปลายเปิดข้อเสนอแนะเพิ่มเติม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปคำนวณหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติทดสอบ คือ t-test, F test ทดสอบความแตกต่างโดยใช้วิธีของเชฟเฟ (Scheffe's) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ความคาดหวังของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนที่มีต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนบ้านป้องกันตนเองด่านชุมพล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 3.66, S.D. = 0.62) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน คือ ด้านการจัดหลักสูตรและนำหลักสูตรไปใช้ ( = 3.65, S.D. = 0.63) ด้านการใช้สื่อการเรียนการสอน ( = 3.65, S.D. = 0.68) ด้านการจัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียน ( = 3.65, S.D. = 0.69) ด้านการนิเทศการเรียนการสอน ( = 3.65, S.D. = 0.66) ด้านการวัดผลและประเมินผลการเรียนการสอน ( = 3.68, S.D. = 0.71) และด้านการพัฒนาบุคลากรทางการสอน ( = 3.69, S.D. = 0.76) 2. การเปรียบเทียบความคาดหวังของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนที่มีต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนบ้านป้องกันตนเองด่านชุมพล จำแนกตามอาชีพและระดับการศึกษาของผู้ปกครอง โดยรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน ซึ่งไม่สอดคล้องกับสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้
This study aimed to 1) study an expectation of parents to academic administration of Banpongkantonangdanchumpon school under the office of Trat Primary Educational Service Area, and 2) compare expectation of parents to academic administration of Banpongkantonangdanchumpon school classified by occupation and educational level of the parents. Samples used in this study were 129 parents. The instrument used for collecting data was a questionnaire concerning the expectation of parents to academic administration of Banpongkantonangdanchumpon school on 6 aspects curriculum setting and application, using the instructional media, the development of learning activities, the supervision of instruction, the measurement and evaluation of teaching and learning, and the development of teaching staff; and open-ended questions for suggestion. Data were analyzed by using a computer program to calculate the frequency, percentage, average, Standard Deviation, t-test, F test, and Scheffe method. The research results were found as follows 1. The expectation of parents to academic administration of Banpongkantonang-danchumpon school under the office of Trat Primary Educational Service Area were at a high level ( = 3.66, S.D. = 0.62). When considering each aspect, found at high level in all aspects the curriculum setting and application ( = 3.65, S.D. = 0.63), using the instructional media ( = 3.65, S.D. = 0.68), the development of learning activities ( = 3.65, S.D. = 0.69), the supervision of instruction ( = 3.65, S.D. = 0.66), the measurement and evaluation of teaching and learning ( = 3.68, S.D. = 0.71), and the development of teaching staff ( = 3.69, S.D. = 0.76). 2. A comparison of the expectation of parents on academic administration of Banpongkantonangdanchumpon school by occupation and educational level of the parents both in overall and each aspect were not significant different which was inconsistent with the hypothesis.
