การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาสภาพ ปัญหา และแนวทางการพัฒนาบุคลากรของโรงเรียนเทศบาลชุมชนวิมลวิทยา จังหวัดตราด โดยจำแนกตามเพศ อายุ วุฒิการศึกษา และประสบการณ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย จำนวน 60 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. สภาพการพัฒนาบุคลากรของโรงเรียนเทศบาลชุมชนวิมลวิทยา จังหวัดตราด โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ปัญหาการพัฒนาบุคลากรของโรงเรียนเทศบาลชุมชนวิมลวิทยา จังหวัดตราด โดยรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 3. แนวทางการพัฒนาบุคลากรของโรงเรียนเทศบาลชุมชนวิมลวิทยา จังหวัดตราด พบว่า ควรมีการสำรวจความต้องการการพัฒนาบุคลากร จัดทำแผนงานหรือโครงการตามความต้องการของบุคลากร กิจกรรมการพัฒนาบุคลากรที่เพิ่มความสามัคคีให้กับบุคลากร และควรมีเกณฑ์การประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงาน
The purpose of this research was to study current state, problems and methods of improving personnel development of Chumchonwimonwittaya Municipality school, Trat province. The sample group for this study consisted of a total of 60 people, classified by gender, age, experience, and education level, collected by a 5-scale rating questionnaire. Statistics used to analyze data were percentage, mean, and Standard Deviation. The research results revealed as follows: 1. The personal development of Chumchonwittaya Municipality school both overall and each aspect were at a high level. 2. Problems in the personnel development of Chomchonwittaya Municipality school both overall and each aspect were at a high level. 3. Guidelines for the personnel development of Chumchonwittaya school were as follows: should survey need for development, should plan or make project according to personnel's needs, should provide activities for unity, and should provide criteria assessment.
