การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบการดำเนินงานเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และการสื่อสารเพื่อการบริหารการศึกษาของโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 17 อำเภอเขาคิชฌกูฏ จังหวัดจันทบุรี จำแนกตามตำแหน่ง อายุ และระดับการศึกษา ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ประชากรที่ใช้ในวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นผู้บริหารและคณะครูโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 17 อำเภอเขาคิชฌกูฏ จังหวัดจันทบุรี ปีการศึกษา 2555 จำนวน 66 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบสำรวจรายการ และมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ซึ่งมีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การดำเนินงานเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และการสื่อสารเพื่อการบริหารการศึกษาของโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 17 อำเภอเขาคิชฌกูฏ จังหวัดจันทบุรี ในภาพรวมมีการดำเนินงานอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า มีการดำเนินงานอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย คือ ด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพการเรียนรู้ของผู้เรียน ด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร พัฒนาการบริหารจัดการและให้บริการทางการศึกษา ด้านการผลิตและพัฒนาบุคลากร ด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร ด้านการกระจายโครงสร้างพื้นฐานทางเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารเพื่อการศึกษา 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบการดำเนินงานเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และการสื่อสารเพื่อการบริหารการศึกษาโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 17 อำเภอเขาคิชฌกูฏ จังหวัดจันทบุรี ของผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอน โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกัน 3. ผลการเปรียบเทียบการดำเนินงานเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และการสื่อสารเพื่อการบริหารการศึกษาโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต17 อำเภอเขาคิชฌกูฏ จังหวัดจันทบุรี จำแนกตามอายุ โดยรวมแตกต่างกัน โดยช่วงอายุ 20-30 ปี มีการดำเนินงานเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และการสื่อสารเพื่อการบริหารการศึกษา ในภาพรวมมากกว่า ช่วงอายุ 31-40 ปี อายุมากกว่า 50 ปี และช่วงอายุ 41-50 ปี ตามลำดับ
This research aimed to study and compare the operation of information and communication technology for school management of the schools under Chantaburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office 17, Khaokhichakut district, Chantaburi province by position, age, and educational level. The population used in the research included 66 administrators and secondary school teachers in Khaokhichakut district, Chantaburi province, in an academic year 2012. A tool used for this study was a 5-rating scale questionnaire which had a reliability of 0.98. Statistics used in data analysis composed of percentage, mean, and Standard Deviation. Results revealed as follows 1. The implementation of information technology and communication for school management under Chantaburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office 17, Khaokhichakut district, Chantaburi province, as a whole was at a moderate level. Considering each aspect, found every aspect was at a moderate level, as follows the use of technology for learning development, the service for management, the production and development of personnel, the infrastructure, respectively. 2. Comparing the result of the operation on information technology and communication for administering education in schools, both an overall and each aspect as perceived by different position of personnel, was different. 3. Comparing the result of the operation on information technology and communication for administering education in schools, both an overall and each aspect as perceived by different age of personnel, was different. The personnel who aged 20-30 years old had their opinions higher than other ages. 4. Comparing the result of the operation on information technology and communication for administrating education in schools, both an overall and each aspect as perceived by different education level of personnel, was different. The personnel who had higher than Bachelor degree had higher opinions than other education level.
