การวิจัยนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ ศึกษาการสร้างเสริมคุณธรรมและจริยธรรมให้แก่ผู้เรียนของครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนเทศบาลชุมชนวิมลวิทยา สังกัดกองการศึกษา จังหวัดตราด ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ คือ ครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนเทศบาลชุมชนวิมลวิทยา สังกัดกองการศึกษา เทศบาลเมืองตราด อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดตราด จำนวน 60 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในงานวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การสร้างเสริมคุณธรรมและจริยธรรมให้แก่ผู้เรียนของครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนเทศบาลชุมชน วิมลวิทยา สังกัดกองการศึกษา จังหวัดตราด โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อจำแนกรายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมาก ทั้ง 5 ด้าน คือ ด้านการอบรมนักเรียน ด้านการเรียนการสอน ด้านการจัดกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตร ด้านการจัดสิ่งแวดล้อมในโรงเรียน และด้านการวัดผลและประเมินผล
The objectives of this research were to study student's moral and ethics encouraged by teachers in Chumchonwimonwitthaya municipalities school under Education division, Trat province. Samples of the research composed of 60 teachers in Chumchon-wimonwitthaya municipalities school. The research instrument used in this study was a questionnaire to collect data. Then the data were analyzed by using percentage, mean, and Standard Deviation. The research showed that overall moral and ethics encouragement to the students in Chumchonwimonwitthaya municipalities school was at a high level. Considering each aspect, it was found that it was also at a high level in all five aspects: training, instruction, extra activities providing, school environment management, and measurement and evaluation.
