การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาระดับความเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้และประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานในโรงเรียน และหาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียนกับประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาญจนบุรี เขต 3 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาญจนบุรี เขต 3 จำนวน 288 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ร้อยละ และการวิเคราะห์ค่าสหสัมพันธ์อย่างง่าย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. โรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาญจนบุรี เขต 3 มีระดับความเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียนโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน โดยเรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อย คือ มีการเรียนรู้เป็นทีม มีวิสัยทัศน์ร่วม มีการคิดเชิงระบบ มีตัวแบบจากภายใน และมีสมาชิกที่มีความเป็นเลิศ 2. โรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาญจนบุรี เขต 3 มีระดับประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานในโรงเรียน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน โดยเรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อย คือ ด้านการบริหารงานทั่วไป การบริหารงานบุคคล การบริหารงานงบประมาณ และการบริหารงานวิชาการ 3. ความเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียนมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานในโรงเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
The purposes of this research were to investigate the level and the administrative effectiveness of schools, and to identify the relationship between the learning organization and administrative effectiveness in schools under the Office of Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area 3. The sampling group used in this study consisted of 288 teachers in schools under the Office of Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area 3. Instrument used to collect data was a set of 5-level rating scale questionnaire with a reliability of .97. Statistics used compound of mean, Standard Deviation, percentage, and simple correlation. The research findings were as follows 1. The level of the learning organization in the schools under the Office of Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area 3 was high in general. When separately considered, it was found that all of the aspects on the learning organization were at high level, from high to low; team learning, shared vision, systematic thinking, internal model, and excellent membership. 2. The overall level of the administrative effectiveness in the schools under the Office of Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area 3 was at high level. When each aspect was considered, it was determined that all aspects were at high level, ranking from high to low general administration, personnel administration, budget administration, and academic affairs administration. 3. The relationship between the learning organization and administrative effectiveness were related in a positive way at.01 level of significance
