การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับการบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์ของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากาญจนบุรี เขต 8 2) ระดับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากาญจนบุรี เขต 8 และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์กับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากาญจนบุรี เขต 8 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ครูผู้สอน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากาญจนบุรี เขต 8 จำนวน 290 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 อันดับ สถิติที่ใช้ คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์ของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากาญจนบุรี เขต 8 พบว่า โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อแยกพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน เรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อย 3 ลำดับ ได้แก่ การจัดทำกลยุทธ์ การปฏิบัติตามกลยุทธ์ และการประเมินผลและการควบคุม 2. ประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน ในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากาญจนบุรี เขต 8 พบว่า โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน เรียงลำดับจากมากไปน้อย 3 ลำดับ ได้แก่ ด้านการมีจิตมุ่งต่อองค์การ ด้านการบูรณาการ และด้านการปรับตัว 3. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์กับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากาญจนบุรี เขต 8 โดยรวมมีความสัมพันธ์ในทางบวกในระดับสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายคู่ โดยคู่ที่มีความสัมพันธ์สูงสุด คือ การประเมินผลและการควบคุมกับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนด้านการบรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ขององค์การ ส่วนคู่ที่มีความสัมพันธ์กันน้อยที่สุด คือ การตรวจสอบสภาพแวดล้อมกับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนด้านการ บูรณาการ
The purposes of this research were to study 1) the strategic management level of the schools under Kanchanaburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office 8, 2) the effectiveness level of the schools under the Kanchanaburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office 8, and 3) the relationship between the strategic management and effectiveness of the schools under the Kanchanaburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office 8. The samples comprised 290 teachers in the schools under the Kanchanaburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office 8. The research instrument was a questionnaire that constructed in the 5-scale rating form. The statistics used to analyze the data composed of mean, Standard Deviation, and the Pearsons Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The research findings were as follows 1. The strategic management level of the schools under Kanchanaburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office 8 was found at a high level as a whole and every aspect, as follows strategic formulation, strategic implementation, and the process of evaluation and control, respectively. 2. The effectiveness of the schools under Kanchanaburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office 8 was found in a high level as a whole that were ranged from the aspect of latency, integration, and adaptation. 3. The relationship between the strategic management and effectiveness of school under Kanchanaburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office 8 was found in a high level with statistically significance at .01 level. The highest relationship was a pair of the process of evaluation and control and goal attainment effectiveness, while a pair of the environment scanning and the integration effectiveness was at the lowest relationship
