การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนเครือข่ายการจัดการศึกษา 5 สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษากาญจนบุรี เขต 3 ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นบุคลากรทางการศึกษาปฏิบัติหน้าที่ทางการสอนของโรงเรียนในเครือข่ายการจัดการศึกษา 5 จำนวน 115 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนเครือข่ายการจัดการศึกษา 5 สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาญจนบุรี เขต 3 โดยรวมและรายด้าน ทั้ง 6 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก ตามลำดับค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ดังนี้ ด้านความคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์ ด้านบุคลิกภาพ ด้านวิสัยทัศน์ ด้านความสามารถในการจูงใจ ด้านความยุติธรรม เชื่อถือได้ และด้านทักษะการใช้เทคโนโลยี
This research aimed to study the leadership of school administrators in school network 5 under Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The population included 115 teachers who were teaching in the schools of school network 5 under Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Statistics used in data analysis composed of percentage, mean, and Standard Deviation. The research results revealed that leadership of the school administrators in the School Network 5 under Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 both in an overall and all 6 aspects were at a high level, as follows a creativity aspect, a personality aspect, a vision aspect, an ability in motivation aspect, a reliability of justice aspect, and a skill in technology usage aspect, respectively
