การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมาย เพื่อศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและระดับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน รวมทั้งความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารกับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษากาญจนบุรี เขต 3 ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษากาญจนบุรี เขต 3 จำนวน 199 โรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาค้นคว้าครั้งนี้เป็นการสุ่มด้วยวิธีการตามสูตรทาโร่ยามาเน่ (Taro Yamane) ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียน จำนวน 133 โรงเรียน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามชนิดเลือกตอบ (Check list) สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ ดังนี้ 1. ระดับภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษากาญจนบุรี เขต 3 ตามความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอนพบว่า ค่าเฉลี่ยในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับ มากที่สุด 2. ระดับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษากาญจนบุรี เขต 3 พบว่า ตามความคิดเห็นของครูในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 3. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างระดับภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน กับระดับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน มีความสัมพันธ์อยู่ในระดับมาก
This study aimed to investigate the level of leadership of the school administrators and level of the school effectiveness including the relationship between leadership of the school administrators with the school effectiveness. The population of the study included teachers from 199 schools. The sampling group of the study used at random by Yamane technique. The samples included teachers from 133 schools. The study instrument was a questionnaire with a multiple choice (Checklist). The statistical techniques used for analyzing the data were percentage, mean, and Standard Deviation. Results of the study were the following 1. Holistically, the level of leadership of the school administrators as perceived by the teachers was founded to be at a very high level. 2. Holistically, the level of the school effectiveness as perceived by the teachers was founded to be at a high level. 3. The relationship between the level of leadership of the school administrators with the level of the school effectiveness was founded to be at a high level
