งานวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ความพึงพอใจในการทำงานของครูในสถานศึกษา และเพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ พฤติกรรมผู้นำแบบมิตรสัมพันธ์และแบบกิจสัมพันธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา กับความพึงพอใจในการทำงานของครูในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน เครือข่ายการจัดการศึกษา ห้วยเขย่ง-ปิล็อก สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาญจนบุรีเขต 3 ประชากร ได้แก่ ข้าราชการครูในเครือข่าย การจัดการศึกษาห้วยเขย่ง-ปิล็อก จำนวน 80 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม จำนวน 2 ตอน โดยแบบสอบถามตอนที่ 1 มี 30 ข้อ ใช้วัดพฤติกรรมผู้นำแบบกิจสัมพันธ์ 15 ข้อ และวัดพฤติกรรมผู้นำแบบมิตรสัมพันธ์ 15 ข้อ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุราชการอยู่ระหว่าง 1-5 ปี วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สำหรับประสบการณ์ของผู้บริหารส่วนใหญ่มีประสบการณ์ 10 ปี ขึ้นไป และมีวุฒิสูงกว่าปริญญาตรี 2. พฤติกรรมผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา กาญจนบุรี เขต 3 ส่วนใหญ่มีพฤติกรรมผู้นำแบบที่ 2 (กิจสัมพันธ์สูง มิตรสัมพันธ์สูง) 3. ความพึงพอใจในการทำงานของครูในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา กาญจนบุรี เขต 3 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก
The purposes of the research were to study the behavior of school administrators, satisfaction in the work of teachers in schools, and to study the relationship of leadership behavior between friendly relationship and activity relationship of school administrators with satisfaction in the work of teachers in the schools under the office of Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. Population included 80 teachers in the schools in the network. The research tool was a questionnaire, consisted of 2 parts part 1 has 30 questions used to measure the friendly relationship type 15 questions and activity relationship type 15 questions. The statistics used in data analysis were percentage, average, Standard Deviation, and the Pearson correlation coefficient. The results of the research were as follows 1. Mosts of the respondents are female, had 1-5 years of working experience, Bachelor degree graduation, had experience more than 10 years, and had higher than Bachelor degree. 2. Mosts of the school administrators under the office of Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 had type 2 behavior (high activity relationship-high friendly relationship). 3. Teachers satisfaction with their work in the schools under the office of Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 both overall and each aspect were at high level
