การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาความต้องการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของบุคลากรทางการศึกษาในอำเภอสังขละบุรี สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาญจนบุรี เขต 3 ทั้ง 4 ด้าน คือ ด้านฮาร์ดแวร์ ด้านซอฟต์แวร์ ด้านบุคลากร และด้านระบบเครือข่าย กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ บุคลากรทางการศึกษาในอำเภอสังขละบุรี สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาญจนบุรี เขต 3 จำนวน 140 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ (%) ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความต้องการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ โดยรวมและรายด้านทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงตามลำดับ คือ 1) ด้านฮาร์ดแวร์ 2) ด้านบุคลากร 3) ด้านซอฟต์แวร์ และ 4) ด้านระบบเครือข่าย การเปรียบเทียบความต้องการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ จำแนกตามประสบการณ์การทำงานระหว่าง 1-15 ปี และมากกว่า 15 ปี พบว่า โดยภาพรวม และด้านฮาร์ดแวร์ ด้านซอฟต์แวร์ และด้านระบบเครือข่าย ไม่มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ส่วนด้านบุคลากรมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 นั่นคือผู้ที่มีประสบการณ์การทำงานระหว่าง 1-15 ปี มีความต้องการด้านบุคลากรน้อยกว่าผู้ที่มีประสบการณ์การทำงานมากกว่า 15 ปี
This research aimed to study and compare needs on information technology usage of Sangkhlaburi educational personnel, the Office of Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area office 3, classified by different experience. The sample group consisted of 140 Sangkhlaburi educational personnel in the Office of Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area office 3. A constructed 5-rating scale questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data. The statistics employed for data analysis were percentage, means, Standard Deviation, and t-test. The research findings were as follows 1. The needs on information technology usage both overall and each aspect were at a high level, ranking in the order of mean from high to low, as follows hardware, software, personnel, and network. 2. The comparing results of the needs on information technology usage with different experience between 1-15 years and more than 15 years were not significant different both overall and the aspects of hardware, software, and network. However, it was found significantly difference at .05 level in the aspect of personnel.
