การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามความต้องการของครูโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรสงคราม ในโรงเรียนที่ขนาดต่างกัน วิธีการวิจัยได้ศึกษากลุ่มตัวอย่างจากครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรสงคราม จำนวน 126 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรมผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามทฤษฎีพื้นฐานความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคล ซึ่งประกอบด้วยพฤติกรรม 3 ด้าน คือ ด้านการร่วมประสานสัมพันธ์ ด้านการควบคุม และด้านความรักใคร่ผูกพัน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) โดยนำแบบสอบถามไปทดลองใช้ (Try-out) กับครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนที่ไม่ใช่กลุ่มตัวอย่าง เพื่อหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟา (Alpha Coefficient) ตามวิธีของ Cronbach ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.96 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. พฤติกรรมผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามความต้องการของครูในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรสงคราม อยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า มีความต้องการอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน เรียงลำดับตามค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ดังนี้ 1) ด้านการร่วมประสานสัมพันธ์ 2) ด้านความรักใคร่ผูกพัน และ 3) ด้านการควบคุม 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรสงคราม จำแนกตามขนาดของโรงเรียน โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านทุกด้าน มีความแตกต่างกัน
The objective of this research was to study the school administrators leadership behavior by the need of teachers in different school size under the Jurisdiction of the Office of Samutsongkram Primary Educational Service Area. The conducting of this study was collected data from the samples that were 126 teachers in schools under the jurisdiction of the Office of Samutsongkram Primary Educational Service Area, by using a questionnaire about school administrators leadership behavior in 3 aspects; 1) joint coordination, 2) controlling, and 3) loving bond. The statistics used to analyze data composed of frequency, percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, and One-way ANOVA. The Cronbachs alpha coefficient of the questionnaire by tryout from teachers that were not the samples was 0.96. The research findings were 1. The school administrators leadership behavior by the need of the teachers under the Jurisdiction of the Office of Samutsongkram Primary Educational Service Area was at a high level. When considered in each aspects found that they were also at a high level, sort by mean from high to low were joint coordination, loving bond, and controlling, respectively. 2. The comparing by school size of the teachers were significant different both overall and each aspect.
