การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ ศึกษาสภาพการดำเนินงานศูนย์การเรียนชุมชนของศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย อำเภอสังขละบุรี จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ครูอาสาสมัครการศึกษานอกโรงเรียน 3 คน ครูศูนย์การเรียนชุมชน 3 คน ผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับศูนย์การเรียนชุมชน 120 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 126 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ จำนวน 3 ด้าน มีความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ 0.94 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ (%) ค่าเฉลี่ย (µ) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน () ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สภาพการดำเนินงานศูนย์การเรียนชุมชนของศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย อำเภอสังขละบุรี จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี โดยภาพรวม มีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (µ = 3.48) เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า สภาพการดำเนินงานศูนย์การเรียนชุมชน ด้าน การบริหารและการจัดการ (µ = 3.90) และด้านกระบวนการจัดการเรียนรู้ (µ = 3.74) อยู่ในระดับมาก แต่ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมของคณะกรรมการศูนย์การเรียนชุมชน อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (µ = 2.81)
This research aimed at studying the condition of operation of the community learning center of non-formal education, Sangklaburi district, Karnchanaburi province. Population used in the study were 3 volunteer teachers of non-formal school, 3 community learning center teachers, those who were concerned with the community learning center for 120 persons, totaling 126 persons. An instrument used in collecting data was a 5-scale questionnaire for 3 aspects, with a reliability of 0.94. Statistics used in analyzing data were percentage (%), means (µ), and Standard Deviation (). It was found from the research that the condition of operation of the community learning center of non-formal education, Sangklaburi district, Karnchanaburi province in total was at a moderate level (µ = 3.48). Considering individually, it was found that the condition of operation of the community learning center on management aspect (µ = 3.90), and on learning management process aspect (µ = 3.74) were at a high level. But on a participation of the community learning center aspect was at a moderate level (µ = 2.81).
