การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษา การพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาตามความคิดเห็นของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนโรงเรียนวัดหลักสี่ราษฎร์สโมสร โดยศึกษาจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นผู้ปกครองนักเรียนโรงเรียนวัดหลักสี่ราษฎร์สโมสร จำนวน 226 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับสภาพการพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาของโรงเรียนวัดหลักสี่ราษฎร์สโมสร 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) ด้านการบริหารโดยใช้โรงเรียนเป็นฐาน 2) ด้านการพัฒนาบุคลากรในโรงเรียน 3) ด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ และ 4) ด้านการพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) โดยนำแบบสอบถามไปทดลองใช้ (Try-out) กับโรงเรียนที่ไม่ใช่กลุ่มตัวอย่าง เพื่อหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟา (Alpha Coefficient) ตามวิธีของ Cronbach ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.93 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. สภาพการพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาตามความคิดเห็นของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนโรงเรียนวัดหลักสี่ราษฎร์สโมสร อยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า มีการดำเนินงานอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน เรียงลำดับตามค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ดังนี้ 1) ด้านการพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียน 2) ด้านการบริหารโดยใช้โรงเรียนเป็นฐาน 3) ด้านการพัฒนาบุคลากรในโรงเรียน และ 4) ด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนเกี่ยวกับสภาพการพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาของโรงเรียนวัดหลักสี่ราษฎร์สโมสร จำแนกตามเพศ อายุ และวุฒิการศึกษา โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน ไม่แตกต่างกัน
The purpose of this research was to study the education quality development of Watlaksiratsamosorn school as perceived by students parents. Samples included 226 parents of students in Watlaksiratsamosorn school. The instrument used for collecting data was a questionnaire about education quality development of Watlaksiratsamosorn school comprising 4 aspects 1) School-based administration, 2) School personnel development, 3) Student-centered learning process, and 4) School learning resource development. The data were analyzed in terms of frequency, percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, and One-way ANOVA. The questionnaire was try-out at a school, which was not used as the sample group of the study to find the Alpha Coefficient of Cronbach was 0.93 of reliability. The findings were as follows 1. The state of education quality development of Watlaksiratsamosorn school as perceived by the students parents was found to be high. When considered separately, the performance of all aspect were found to be high also, as follows 1) School learning resource development, 2) School-based administration, 3) School personnel development, and 4) Student-centered learning process, respectively. 2. The comparison of the parents opinion about the state of education quality development of Watlaksiratsamosorn school categorized by gender, age, and educational background was notsignificant different, both overall and each aspect.
