การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการบริหารงานวิชาการในโรงเรียนอนุบาลสังขละบุรี สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาญจนบุรี เขต 3 ตามขอบข่ายงานบริหารวิชาการของโรงเรียนอนุบาลสังขละบุรี ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร ครูผู้สอน และคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานโรงเรียนอนุบาลสังขละบุรี จำนวน 60 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. สถานภาพของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนมากเป็นครูผู้สอน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 71.67 มีวุฒิทางการศึกษา ระดับปริญญาตรี คิดเป็นร้อยละ 76.67 2. สภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการในโรงเรียนอนุบาลสังขละบุรี โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงตามลำดับ ดังนี้ ด้านหลักสูตรและการนำหลักสูตรไปใช้และด้านการวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนการสอน มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด ตามด้วยด้านสื่อการเรียนการสอน ด้านการนิเทศการเรียนการสอน และด้านการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากัน 3. ปัญหาการบริหารงานวิชาการในโรงเรียนอนุบาลสังขละบุรี โดยรวมและทุกด้าน อยู่ในระดับน้อย เรียงตามลำดับ จากด้านที่มีปัญหาที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด ดังนี้ ด้านการนิเทศการเรียนการสอน ด้านการวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนการสอน ด้านสื่อการเรียนการสอน ด้านการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน และ ด้านหลักสูตรและการนำหลักสูตรไปใช้ ตามลำดับ
This research aimed to study the state and problems of academic affairs administration in Anubansankhlaburi school under Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 according to the scope of the academic management of Anubansankhlaburi school. The population consisted 60 persons composed of administrators, teachers, and school board of Anubansangkhlaburi school. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean (µ), and Standard Deviation (). Findings were showed that 1. Status of most respondents was 71.67 percent teachers, and hold Bachelor degree (76.67 percent). 2. Condition of the academic affairs administration in Anubansangkhlaburi school in all aspects were at a high level, as follows the curriculum and application aspect, and the measurement and evaluation aspect; the instructional media aspect; the instructional supervision aspect, and the instructional activities aspect, respectively. 3. The academic management problems of Anubansangkhlaburi school in an overall and each aspect were at a low level, as follows from the least mean the instructional supervision aspect, the instructional measurement and evaluation aspect, the instructional media aspect, the instructional activities aspect, and the instructional curriculum and application aspect, respectively.
