การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาสภาพและความต้องการการนิเทศภายในของครูในโรงเรียนอนุบาลสังขละบุรี สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาญจนบุรี เขต 3 ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนอนุบาลสังขละบุรี สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาญจนบุรี เขต 3 จำนวน 43 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความต้องการการนิเทศภายในของครูในโรงเรียนอนุบาลสังขละบุรี โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และเมื่อพิจารณาในรายด้าน พบว่า ครูผู้สอนมีความต้องการนิเทศภายในอยู่ในระดับมากเกือบทุกด้านตามลำดับ ดังนี้ 1) ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตร 2) ด้านการจัดระบบการจัดการเรียนการสอน 3) ด้านการจัดหาสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก 4) ด้านการบริหารบุคลากร 5)ด้านการประเมินผลการสอน 6) ด้านการสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับชุมชน 7) ด้านการจัดหาวัสดุอุปกรณ์ 8) ด้านการจัดบริการพิเศษแก่ครู และ 9) ด้านการฝึกอบรมครูประจำการ ยกเว้นด้านการปฐมนิเทศครูใหม่ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง
This research aims to study teachers need for internal supervision in Anubansangkhlaburi school under the Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The population in the study included 43 teachers in Anubansangkhlaburi school under the Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were mean and Standard Deviation. The results of the study were The levels of need for internal supervision of teachers in Anubansangkhlaburi school as a whole were at the high level. When each aspect was considered, it was found that the teacher needed for internal supervision at high level almost all aspects, as follows 1) curriculum development, 2) learning and teaching system management, 3) facilities management, 4) personnel administration, 5) teaching evaluation, 6) the relationship building with the community, 7) material procurement, 8) the special service for teachers, and 9) the in-service training.
