การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ ศึกษาการพัฒนาระบบการทำงานเป็นทีมของครูในโรงเรียน สังกัดเทศบาลเมืองหัวหิน จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ จำแนกตามสถานภาพในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ เพศ อายุ วุฒิการศึกษา และประสบการณ์ทำงาน ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียน สังกัดเทศบาลเมืองหัวหิน จำนวน 7 โรงเรียน รวม 116 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ระดับการพัฒนาระบบการทำงานเป็นทีมของครูในโรงเรียน สังกัดเทศบาลเมืองหัวหิน จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ ในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก (µ = 4.05) และรายด้าน ทั้ง 3 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก โดยค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ องค์ประกอบด้านผู้นำกลุ่ม (µ = 4.20) รองลงมาคือ องค์ประกอบด้านการจัดการ (µ = 4.14) และองค์ประกอบด้านสมาชิก (µ = 4.08) ตามลำดับ 2. การพัฒนาระบบการทำงานเป็นทีมของครูในโรงเรียน สังกัดเทศบาลเมืองหัวหิน จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ จำแนกตามสถานภาพ พบว่า ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุระหว่าง 31-45 ปี วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี มีประสบการณ์ทำงาน 11-15 ปี เมื่อพิจารณาการจำแนกตามสถานภาพ ด้านเพศ อายุ วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี มีประสบการณ์ทำงาน ที่แตกต่างกัน แต่มีการพัฒนาระบบการทำงานเป็นทีมของครูในโรงเรียน ที่เหมือนกัน
This research aimed to study of a development of teamwork system of teachers in schools under Education Department of Hua-Hin Municipality, Prajuabkirikhan Province, by status in the performance of gender, age, and education level, and work experience. The population used in this research included 116 teachers in 7 schools under Hua Hin Municipality Office. A 5-rating scale questionnaire was used as a tool for the study. Statistics generated by frequency, percentage, mean, and Standard Deviation. Findings 1. Levels of the development of teamwork system of teachers in schools under education department of Hua-Hin Municipality, Prajuabkirikhan province in an overall was at a high level (µ = 4.05) and all 3 aspects were at high level the leadership group (µ = 4.20), the management (µ = 4.14), the composition of the members (µ = 4.08), respectively. 2. The development of teamwork system of teachers in schools under education department of Hua-Hin Municipality, Prajuabkirikhan province, classified by status showed that mostly are female, aged between 31-45 years old, had Bachelor degree, and had experience 11-15 years. Different gender, age, education level graduation, work experience of the population were not significant different in the development of the teamwork system of teachers in the schools.
