การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบระดับเจตคติของครูที่มีต่อคุณธรรมจริยธรรมของผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนอนุบาลโรจนวิทย์ จังหวัดพิษณุโลก กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูโรงเรียนอนุบาลโรจนวิทย์ จำนวน 40 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับเจตคติที่มีต่อคุณธรรมจริยธรรมของผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน มีลักษณะเป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประเมินค่า 5 ระดับ จำนวน 45 ข้อ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .96 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติทดสอบสมมติฐาน ได้แก่ การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) และวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ผลการวิเคราะห์ระดับเจตคติของครูที่มีต่อคุณธรรมจริยธรรมของผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนอนุบาลโรจนวิทย์ จังหวัดพิษณุโลก พบว่า ครูมีเจตคติต่อคุณธรรมจริยธรรมของผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 4.10, S.D. = .42) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด คือ ด้านการครองงาน รองลงมาคือ ด้านการครองคน และอันดับสุดท้าย คือ ด้านการครองตน 2. การวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยเจตคติของครูที่มีต่อคุณธรรมจริยธรรมของผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนอนุบาลโรจนวิทย์ จังหวัดพิษณุโลก จำแนกตามเพศ พบว่า เจตคติของครูเพศชายสูงกว่าครูเพศหญิง เพศชาย ( = 4.19) และเพศหญิง ( = 4.07) แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. การวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยเจตคติของครูที่มีต่อคุณธรรมจริยธรรมของผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนอนุบาลโรจนวิทย์ จังหวัดพิษณุโลก จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน พบว่า ครูที่มีประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงานต่างกัน มีเจตคติต่อคุณธรรมจริยธรรมของผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
This study has the objective to study and compare a level of attitude of teachers towards Rotjanawit Kindergarten school administrator, Pitsanuloke, according to the attitude of 40 teachers in Rotjanawit Kindergarten School, Pitsanuloke. The tool used in collecting data was a 5-rating scale questionnaire of their opinion on an attitude to ethics of the administrator, included 45 items which had a reliability of 0.96. Statistics used in analyzing the data were frequency, percentage, means, Standard Deviation, t-test, and One-Way ANOVA. The study results were as follows 1. Regarding the analysis result of the level of attitude of teachers to ethics of Rotjanawit Kindergarten school administrator, Pitsanuloke, it was found that the teachers had attitude to ethics of the director at a high level ( = 4.10, S.D. = .42), when considering in each aspect, it was also found that every aspect was at a high level, as follows work control aspect, people control aspect, and self control aspect, respectively. 2. Comparing attitude of the teachers to ethics of Rotjanawit Kindergarten school administrator according to their gender found that male teachers ( = 4.19) had positive attitude higher than female teachers ( = 4.07), significantly difference at .05 level. 3. Comparing attitude of the teachers to ethics of Rotjanawit Kindergarten school administrator according to their work experience found that the teachers with different work experience had attitude significantly difference at .05 level.
