การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาประจวบคีรีขันธ์ เขต 2 ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร จำนวน 70 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น .95 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ คะแนนเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาประจวบคีรีขันธ์ เขต 2 โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก ตามลำดับดังนี้ ด้านมุ่งงาน และด้านมุ่งสัมพันธ์ 2. ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาประจวบคีรีขันธ์ เขต 2 พบว่า ผู้บริหารเพศชายมีภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารในสถานศึกษามากกว่าผู้บริหารเพศหญิง ผู้บริหารที่มีอายุราชการตั้งแต่ 21 ปี ขึ้นไป มีภาวะผู้นำมากกว่าผู้บริหารที่มีอายุการทำงานต่ำกว่า 15-20 ปี
This study aimed to investigate the executive leadership in schools under the Office of Educational Service Area 2, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province. A 5-rating scale questionnaire was administered to 70 administrators with a confidence of .95. The statistics used in data analysis including average, and Standard Deviation. The results showed that 1. Executive leadership in schools under Prachuap Khiri Khan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 both an overall and each aspect were at a high level task-oriented behavior aspect, and relationship-oriented behavior aspect, respectively. 2. Executive leadership of male administrators in schools under the Prachuap Khiri Khan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 was higher than female administrators. The administrators who had more than 21 years of experience had higher leadership than the others.
