การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของผู้บริหารและครูที่มีต่อระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนในศูนย์เครือข่ายเขากระปุก อำเภอท่ายาง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเพชรบุรี เขต 2 จำนวน 76 คน โดยจำแนกตามเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา และประสบการณ์สอน ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลใช้แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) เปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจใช้ทดสอบค่าทีและค่าเอฟ เพื่อหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แอลฟา (Alpha Coefficient) ตามวิธีของ Cronbach และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One way ANOVA) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ความพึงพอใจของผู้บริหารและครูที่มีต่อระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนในศูนย์เครือข่ายเขากระปุก อำเภอท่ายาง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเพชรบุรี เขต 2 ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน 2. เปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของผู้บริหารและครูที่มีต่อระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนในศูนย์เครือข่ายเขากระปุก อำเภอท่ายาง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเพชรบุรี เขต 2 ที่มีเพศต่างกัน พบว่า ในภาพรวมมีความพึงพอใจแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการบริหารระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน ผู้บริหารและครูเพศหญิงมีความพึงพอใจต่อระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนมากกว่าผู้บริหารและครูเพศชาย ส่วนด้านการจัดกิจกรรมระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนและด้านความพึงพอใจต่อระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน ไม่แตกต่างกัน และพบว่า ผู้บริหารและครูที่มีอายุ ระดับการศึกษา และประสบการณ์ทำงาน แตกต่างกัน มีความพึงพอใจในภาพรวมและรายด้าน ไม่แตกต่างกัน
This research aimed to study and compare the administrators' and teachers' satisfaction toward the student care system of schools in Khaokrapuk the network center, Thayang district, Phetchaburi Primary Educational Service Area 2, of 76 administrators and teachers which were distinguished by their gender, age, education level, and work experiences, by purposive sampling. A 5-rating scale questionnaire was used to collect data. Statistics used in the data analysis were percentage, average, mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, and F test by bringing to trial inquiry to find the correlation coefficient alpha by means of Cronbach to One-way Analysis of Variance. The results revealed that 1. The administrators and teachers satisfaction towards the student care system of the schools in Khaokrapuk Network Center, Thayang district, Phetchaburi Primary Educational service area 2 shows as a whole in high level, also when considers in every aspect. 2. To compare the administrators and teachers satisfaction towards the student care system of the schools in Khaokrapuk network center, Thayang district, Phetchaburi Primary Educational Service Area 2 in different gender showed the significantly difference at .05 level as a whole. Considering each aspect found the aspect of the student counseling system showed the satisfaction of the female administrators and teachers had more satisfaction than the male administrators and teachers, but no significantly difference in the aspect of activity providing. Furthermore, their age, education level, and working experience had no influence on their satisfaction.
