การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองในการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนบ้านหนองตาฉาว สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเพชรบุรี เขต 2 วิธีการศึกษาได้ศึกษาจากประชากรที่เป็นผู้ปกครองนักเรียนของโรงเรียนบ้านหนองตาฉาว สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเพชรบุรี เขต 2 จำนวน 58 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับสภาพและปัญหาการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองในการจัดการศึกษา ใน 4 ประเด็นที่เกี่ยวกับการมีส่วนร่วม ได้แก่ การมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมต่างๆ ของโรงเรียน การมีส่วนร่วมในการเสริมสร้างประสบการณ์แก่นักเรียนที่บ้าน การมีส่วนร่วมในการสนับสนุนทรัพยากรและงบประมาณของโรงเรียน และการมีส่วนร่วมในการติดตามและประเมินผล สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน t-test และ F test โดยนำไปทดลองสอบถาม (Try-out) กับกลุ่มทดลองสอบ จำนวน 30 คน เพื่อหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แอลฟา (Alpha Coefficient) ตามวิธีของ Cronbach ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่นของสภาพและปัญหาการมีส่วนร่วมเท่ากับ 0.98 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. สภาพและปัญหาการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองในการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนบ้านหนองตาฉาว สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเพชรบุรี เขต 2 ทั้งในภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. การเปรียบเทียบสภาพและปัญหาการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองในการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนบ้านหนองตาฉาว สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเพชรบุรี เขต 2 จำแนกตามเพศ อายุ และอาชีพ พบว่า ไม่แตกต่างกัน จำแนกตามระดับการศึกษา พบว่า แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
This research aimed to study and compare states and problem of parents participation in education management of Bannongtachaw school under Phetchaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The population included 58 students parents of Bannongtachaw school using a questionnaire about states and problem of parents participation in education management of Bannongtachaw school under Phetchaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, in 4 aspects participation in the activity of school, participation in experience to student at home, participation in support to resource and budget of school, participation in follow-up and evaluation. Statistics used to analyze data composed of frequency, percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, and F test by bringing to trial inquiry (try-out) group test (30 peoples) to find the correlation Alpha Coefficient as how could the Cronbach reliability of states and problem of participation = 0.98. The results revealed that 1. States and problem of parents participation in education management of Bannongtachaw school under the Phetchaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 both an overall and each aspect were at a high level. 2. A comparison of states and problem of parents participation in educational management of Bannongtachaw school under Phetchaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, classified by gender, age, and occupation were not significant different, but found statistically significant difference at .05 level when classified by their education graduation.
