การวิจัยเรื่อง การศึกษาความคิดเห็นต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนในสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดชลบุรี มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนในสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดชลบุรี จำแนกตามระดับชั้นที่สอน และประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดชลบุรี จำนวน 214 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนในสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดชลบุรี 4 ด้าน มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้ออยู่ระหว่าง 0.461 ถึง 0.797 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .957 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนตามความคิดเห็นของครูในสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดชลบุรี โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านความสามารถในการผลิตนักเรียนให้มีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนสูง ด้านความสามารถในการพัฒนานักเรียนให้มีทัศนคติทางบวก ด้านความสามารถในการปรับเปลี่ยนและพัฒนาโรงเรียนให้เข้ากับสิ่งแวดล้อม และด้านความสามารถในการแก้ปัญหาของโรงเรียน พบว่า มีประสิทธิผลอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ครูที่สอนในระดับชั้นต่างกัน และครูที่มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนในสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดชลบุรี ทั้งในภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน
The objectives of this research were to identify the effectiveness of schools under the Chonburi Provincial Administration according to the teachers opinion and to compare the effectiveness between different teaching class level and work experience of teachers. The samples consisted of 214 teachers from schools under the Chonburi Provincial Administration. The tool used for data collection was questionnaire on the effectiveness of schools under the Chonburi Provincial Administration on 4 aspects with a discrimination value of each item between 0.461 and 0.797 and a reliability of .957. The results of this research were as follow 1. According to the teachers opinion, effectiveness of schools under the Chonburi Provincial Administration was at a high level on overall and individual aspects, namely, the ability to produce students with high academic achievement, the ability to develop positive attitudes in students, the ability to adjust and develop the schools to conform with the environment, and the ability to solve problems. 2. Teachers who taught different class levels and who had different work experience had no different opinions on the effectiveness of schools under the Chonburi Provincial Administration on both overall and individual aspects.
