การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบสุขภาพองค์การของโรงเรียนในกลุ่มโรงเรียนบ่อทอง 3 อำเภอบ่อทอง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 2 จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการทำงานและขนาดโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ประกอบด้วย คณะครูโรงเรียนอำเภอบ่อทอง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 2 จำนวน 96 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ คะแนนเฉลี่ย ( ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) การทดสอบค่าที(t-test)และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. สุขภาพองค์การของโรงเรียนในกลุ่มโรงเรียนบ่อทอง 3 อำเภอบ่อทอง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 2 โดยรวมและรายด้านทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับดี โดยค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดได้แก่ ด้านการอยู่ร่วมกันของครู รองลงมาคือ ด้านความเป็นผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน และข้อที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด คือ ด้านอำนาจอิทธิพลของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน 2. สุขภาพองค์การของโรงเรียนในกลุ่มโรงเรียนบ่อทอง 3 อำเภอบ่อทอง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 2 จำแนกตามขนาดโรงเรียน โดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า สุขภาพองค์การของโรงเรียนในกลุ่มโรงเรียนบ่อทอง 3 อำเภอบ่อทอง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 2 ด้านเกียรติศักดิ์ศรีของโรงเรียน ด้านความเป็นผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ด้านอำนาจอิทธิพลของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ด้านการสนับสนุนทรัพยากร ด้านการอยู่ร่วมกันของครู และด้านการมุ่งเน้นวิชาการ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โดยโรงเรียนขนาดกลางมีสุขภาพองค์การมากกว่าโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กและโรงเรียนขนาดใหญ่
The objectives of this research were to identify and to compare the organizational health of schools in Bothong School Cluster 3, Bothong District under the Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 categorized by the level of work experience and school size. The sample used in this research consisted of 96 teaching staff in Bothong District under the Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The tool used for data collection was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, and One-way ANOVA. Results of the research were as follows 1. The organizational health of schools in Bothong School Cluster 3, Bothong District under the Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 on the overall and on all individual aspects were found to be at a high level. The aspect with the highest mean was teaching staff cohesiveness, followed by the leadership of school administrators. The lowest mean was found on the aspect of influential power of school administrators. 2. The organizational health of schools in Bothong School Cluster 3, Bothong District under the Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 compared between schools of different sizes was different on the overall view with a statistical significance of .01. On the individual aspects, pride and honor of the school, leadership of school administrators, influential power of school administrators, accommodation of resources, teaching staff cohesiveness, and academic focus were found to be different with a statistical significance of .01, where medium schools have higher organizational health than small schools and large schools.
