การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา ขั้นพื้นฐานในการบริหารสถานศึกษาในอำเภอบ่อทอง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 2 ประชากรเป็นคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ในอำเภอบ่อทอง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 2 จำนวน 104 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการบริหารสถานศึกษา 4 งาน คือ การบริหารวิชาการ การบริหารงบประมาณ การบริหารงานบุคคล และการบริหารทั่วไป แบบสอบถามเป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .97 สถิติที่ใช้ คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย (µ) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน () ผลการวิจัยพบว่า คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ในอำเภอบ่อทอง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 2 มีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารงานของสถานศึกษาในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า มีส่วนร่วมในด้านการบริหารทั่วไป และด้านการบริหารงบประมาณอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนด้านการบริหารวิชาการ และด้านการบริหารงานบุคคลมีส่วนร่วมอยู่ในระดับ ปานกลาง
The objective of this study was to determine the participation level of the Basic Education School Committee in the school administration in Botong District under the Jurisdiction of the Office of Chonburi Primary Education Service Area 2. The samples consisted of 104 committee members of the Basic Education Schools in Botong District under the Jurisdiction of the Office of Chonburi Primary Education Service Area 2. The tool used was a questionnaire on the management of schools in 4 aspects, namely, academic administration, budget administration, personnel administration, and general administration. The questionnaire consisted of 5-level rating scale questions with a reliability of .97. The statistics used were mean, and Standard Deviation. Results showed that the participation level of the Basic Education School Committee in the school administration in Botong District under the Jurisdiction of the Office of Chonburi Primary Education Service Area 2 was high. For each individual aspect, it was found that the participation level in general management and budget management was high while the participation level in scholastic management and human resources management was moderate.
