การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบบรรยากาศองค์การของสถานศึกษาในอำเภอเกาะจันทร์ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 2 ตามความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอน โดยจำแนกตามตำแหน่ง ประสบการณ์การทำงาน และขนาดสถานศึกษาในปีการศึกษา 2555 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นครูผู้สอน จำนวน 117 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 4 ระดับ (Rating Scale) มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.85 สถิติในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) ค่าเอฟ (F test) โดยการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) การเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างเป็นรายคู่โดยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ (Scheffes method) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. บรรยากาศองค์การของสถานศึกษาในอำเภอเกาะจันทร์ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 2 มีลักษณะเป็นบรรยากาศองค์การแบบควบคุม 2. บรรยากาศองค์การของสถานศึกษาในอำเภอเกาะจันทร์ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 2 ตามความคิดเห็นของครูตำแหน่งครูผู้ช่วยหรือครูอันดับ ค.ศ.1 กับครูอันดับ ค.ศ.2 ขึ้นไป ไม่แตกต่างกัน 3. บรรยากาศองค์การของสถานศึกษาในอำเภอเกาะจันทร์ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 2 ตามความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอนที่มีประสบการณ์การทำงาน น้อยกว่า 10 ปี กับครูผู้สอนที่มีประสบการณ์การสอนมากกว่า 10 ปี ไม่แตกต่างกัน 4. บรรยากาศองค์การของสถานศึกษาในอำเภอเกาะจันทร์ สังกัดสำนักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 2 ตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา พบว่า โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน เมื่อพิจารณารายมิติ พบว่า มิติขวัญแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยสถานศึกษาขนาดเล็กมีบรรยากาศองค์การสูงกว่าสถานศึกษาขนาดกลาง
The purposes of this research were to study and to compare the organizational climate of schools in Amphur Kohjun Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 categorized by the teachers position, the working experience and the size of school in the academic year of 2012. The samples were 117 teachers. The 4-rating scale questionnaire with reliability of 0.85 was the instrument for data collecting in the study. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean ( ), Standard Deviation (S.D), t-test, F test (One-way ANOVA), and Sheffes Method was used for pair comparison. The result of the study revealed that 1. The organizational climate of schools in Amphur Kohjun Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 in the overall aspects was the controlled climate. 2. The comparison of the teachers opinions toward the organizational climate categorized by the teachers position found not significant difference. 3. The comparison of the teachers opinions toward the organizational climate categorized by working experience found not significant difference. 4. The comparison of the teachers opinions toward the organizational climate categorized by the schools size found that in the overall aspects there was not significant differences but the aspect of Esprit in the small schools and the middle school found significant difference at .05 levels.
