การศึกษาในครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาเขตอำเภอบางละมุง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 ใน 5 ด้าน คือ ด้านการรู้จักนักเรียนเป็นรายบุคคล ด้านการคัดกรองนักเรียน ด้านการส่งเสริมพัฒนาการนักเรียน ด้านการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหานักเรียน และด้านการส่งต่อ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง เป็นข้าราชการครูในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาเขตอำเภอบางละมุง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 จำนวน 163 คน ได้แก่ โรงเรียนบางละมุง โรงเรียนโพธิสัมพันธ์พิทยาคาร และโรงเรียนผินแจ่มวิชาสอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบที่ประกอบด้วยแบบตรวจสอบรายการและแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ .941 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สภาพการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาเขตอำเภอบางละมุง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน โดยเรียงลำดับตามค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ การรู้จักนักเรียนเป็นรายบุคคล การป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหานักเรียน และการส่งเสริมพัฒนาการนักเรียน ด้านการคัดกรองนักเรียน และด้านการส่งต่อ ส่วนปัญหาดำเนินงานในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ปัญหาการดำเนินงาน ในด้านการรู้จักนักเรียนเป็นรายบุคคล ด้านการคัดกรองนักเรียน และด้านการส่งต่อมีปัญหาอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ส่วนด้านการส่งเสริมพัฒนาการนักเรียน และด้านการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหานักเรียนมีปัญหาอยู่ในระดับน้อย
The objective of this research is to determine conditions and problems of student care and support system in schools of Banglamung district under the jurisdiction of the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18 in 5 aspects knowing individual student; screening students; promoting student development; preventing and solving students problems; and transferring students. Samples were 163 teachers in schools of Banglamung district under the jurisdiction of the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18, in 3 schools Banglamung school, Photisamphanpittayakhan school, and Pinjamwichasorn school. The instruments used in this research were a checklist and a 5- -rating scale questionnaire with a reliability of .941. Statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, mean, and Standard Deviation. The results of this research revealed that the conditions in the student care and support system in schools of Banglamung district under the jurisdiction of the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18 as a whole was at a high level. When each aspect was considered, it was found that conditions in the system were at high level in every aspect, as follows knowing individual student; preventing and solving students problems; promoting student development; screening students; and transferring students, respectively. The overall aspects towards problems were at a moderate level. When each aspect was considered, it was found that problems in knowing individual student, screening students, and transferring students were at a moderate level. But promoting student development, and preventing and solving students problems were at a less level.
