การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการนิเทศภายในของโรงเรียน ผินแจ่มวิชาสอน สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 ใน 5 ด้าน คือ การวางแผนการนิเทศ (Planning-P) การให้ความรู้ก่อนดำเนินการนิเทศ (Informing-I) การดำเนินการปฏิบัติงานนิเทศ (Doing-D) การสร้างเสริมกำลังใจให้แก่ผู้ปฏิบัติงานนิเทศ (Reinforcing-R) และการประเมินผลการนิเทศ (Evaluating-E) กลุ่มประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นผู้บริหาร จำนวน 2 คน และครูที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่การสอน จำนวน 24 คน ในโรงเรียนผินแจ่มวิชาสอน รวมทั้งสิ้น 26 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating Scale) 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย (µ) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน () ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สภาพการนิเทศภายในของโรงเรียนผินแจ่มวิชาสอน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 โดยภาพรวมมีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนปัญหาการนิเทศภายในของโรงเรียนผินแจ่มวิชาสอน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 โดยภาพรวมมีปัญหาอยู่ในระดับน้อย
The objective of this research was to study the conditions and problems on the supervision of Phinchamwichasorn School under the Jurisdiction of the Secondary Education Service Area Office 18 on 5 aspects, namely, supervision planning (Planning-P), provision of information prior to the supervision (Informing-I), execution of the supervision (Doing-D), encouragement of supervision personal (Reinforcing-R), and evaluation of the supervision (Evaluating-E). The samples used in this research consisted of 2 administrators and 24 teachers from the Phinchamwichasorn School. The tool used in this study was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, and Standard Deviation. The results were as follow In overall, the supervision of Phinchamwichasorn School under the Jurisdiction of the Secondary Education Service Area Office 18 was found to be operating at a high level, while the problems related to the supervision of Phinchamwichasorn School under the Jurisdiction of the Secondary Education Service Area Office 18 was found to be low in overall.
