การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอนเกี่ยวกับการใช้อำนาจของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาของโรงเรียนในเขตคุณภาพนาดี 2 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปราจีนบุรี เขต 2 โดยจำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการบริหารงานของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และขนาดของสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนรัฐบาล ในเขตคุณภาพนาดี 2 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปราจีนบุรี เขต 2 จำนวน 95 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีความเชื่อมั่น 0.929 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ คะแนนเฉลี่ย ( ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) และการทดสอบค่าที (t-test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การใช้อำนาจของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาของโรงเรียนในเขตคุณภาพนาดี 2 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปราจีนบุรี เขต 2 ตามความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอน โดยรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า มีการใช้อำนาจ อยู่ในระดับมาก 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ อำนาจอ้างอิง อำนาจตามกฎหมาย อำนาจความเชี่ยวชาญ และอำนาจการให้รางวัล ตามลำดับ ด้านที่มีการใช้อำนาจ อยู่ในระดับน้อย 1 ด้าน คือ อำนาจการบังคับ 2. เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูต่อการใช้อำนาจของผู้บริหาร จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ ในการบริหารงานของผู้บริหาร พบว่า การใช้อำนาจของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ที่มีประสบการณ์การบริหารต่างกัน มีการใช้อำนาจโดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า การใช้อำนาจตามกฎหมาย อำนาจอ้างอิง และอำนาจความเชี่ยวชาญ แตกต่างกันอย่าง มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<.05) โดยผู้บริหารที่มีประสบการณ์การบริหารงาน 1-5 ปี มีการใช้อำนาจตามกฎหมาย อำนาจอ้างอิง และอำนาจความเชี่ยวชาญมากกว่าผู้บริหารที่มีประสบการณ์บริหารมากกว่า 5 ปี ส่วนอำนาจด้านการให้รางวัล และอำนาจการบังคับ แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 3. เมื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูต่อการใช้อำนาจของผู้บริหาร จำแนกตามขนาดสถานศึกษา คือ ขนาดเล็กและขนาดกลาง พบว่า ผู้บริหารของสถานศึกษาขนาดเล็กและขนาดกลาง มีการใช้อำนาจ โดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า การใช้อำนาจด้านการให้รางวัล อำนาจตามกฎหมาย อำนาจอ้างอิง และอำนาจความเชี่ยวชาญ ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขนาดเล็กและขนาดกลางแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนการใช้อำนาจการบังคับแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ
The objectives of this research were to identify and compare the opinions of teaching staff on use of power by school administrators in the Nadee Quality Area 2 under the jurisdiction of Prachinburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 categorized by the experience of school administrators and the size of school. The sample used in this research consisted of 95 teaching staffs from public schools in the Nadee Quality Area 2 under the jurisdiction of Prachinburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The tool used to collect data was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire with a reliability of .929. The statistics used for data analysis were mean, Standard Deviation, and t- -test. The results of the research were as follows 1. According to the opinion of the teaching staff, the use of power by school administrators was at a high level. On the individual aspects, the use of power was at a high level on 4 aspects, these were, referent power, legitimate power, expert power, and reward power, in descending order. Coercive power was at a low level. 2. According to the opinion of the teaching staff, the overall use of power by school administrators compared between different levels of experiences was found to be different without a statistical significance. On each aspect, it was found that legitimate power, referent power, and expert power had different levels of the use of power with a statistical significance (p<.05), where administrators with 1-5 years of experience were found to use legitimate power, referent power, and expert power more than administrators with more than 5 years of experience. The use of reward power and coercive power were found to be different without a statistical significance. 3. According to the opinion of the teaching staff, the overall use of power by school administrators compared between administrators from small and medium schools were found to be different without a statistical significance. On the individual aspects, it was found that the use of reward power, legitimate power, referent power, and expert power were different between administrators from small and medium schools with a statistical significance of .05. The use of coercive power was different without a statistical significance.
