การศึกษาในครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาปัญหาการบริหารงานวิชาการตามทัศนะของบุคลากรทางการศึกษาโรงเรียนผินแจ่มวิชาสอน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 ใน 3 ด้าน คือ ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตรและการนำหลักสูตรไปใช้ ด้านการพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ และด้านการวัดผลประเมินผลและการเทียบโอนผลการเรียน กลุ่มประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา รองผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนผินแจ่มวิชาสอน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 จำนวน 26 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามที่ประกอบด้วยแบบตรวจสอบรายการ และแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ระดับปัญหาการบริหารงานวิชาการตามทัศนะของบุคลากรทางการศึกษาโรงเรียนผินแจ่มวิชาสอน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 โดยรวมและรายด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตรและการนำหลักสูตรไปใช้ ด้านการพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ และด้านการวัดผลประเมินผลและการเทียบโอนผลการเรียน มีปัญหาอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง
The objective of this study was to identify the problems in academic management according to the viewpoints of educational personnel in Phinchamwichasorn School under the jurisdiction of the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18. The problems were considered from 3 aspects, these were; curriculum development and implementation; learning process development; and evaluation and transferring. The samples used in the study consisted of 26 individuals comprising of the school director, assistant director; and teaching staff from Phinchamwichasorn School under the jurisdiction of the Secondary Education Service Area Office 18. The tool used in this study was a questionnaire consisting of checklists and 5-level rating scale question. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, and Standard Deviation. Result of the study showed that according to the viewpoints of educational personnel in Phinchamwichasorn School under the jurisdiction of the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18, on the overall view and on individual aspects, namely; curriculum development and implementation; learning process development; and evaluation and transferring; the problems on management were at a moderate level.
