การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาสภาพการดำเนินโครงการเรียนภาษาอังกฤษกับเจ้าของภาษา โรงเรียนบ่อทองวงษ์จันทร์วิทยา จังหวัดชลบุรี ตามความคิดเห็นของครู ใน 3 ด้าน คือ ด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า ด้านกระบวนการ และด้านผลผลิต และ เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูต่อสภาพการดำเนินโครงการเรียนภาษาอังกฤษกับเจ้าของภาษา โรงเรียนบ่อทองวงษ์จันทร์วิทยา จังหวัดชลบุรี โดยจำแนกตามเพศ และระดับชั้นที่สอน โดยศึกษาจากประชากรที่เป็นครูทั้งหมดของโรงเรียนบ่อทองวงษ์จันทร์วิทยา จำนวน 50 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถามที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น .84 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าความถี่ของประชากร และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนของประชากร สภาพการดำเนินโครงการเรียนภาษาอังกฤษกับเจ้าของภาษา โรงเรียนบ่อทองวงษ์จันทร์วิทยา จังหวัดชลบุรี ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลางในระดับปานกลาง (µ = 3.50) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ระดับความคิดเห็นของครูต่อสภาพการดำเนินโครงการเรียนภาษาอังกฤษกับเจ้าของภาษา ด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า อยู่ในระดับมาก (µ = 3.69) ส่วนระดับความคิดเห็นของครูต่อสภาพการดำเนินโครงการเรียนภาษาอังกฤษกับเจ้าของภาษาด้านกระบวนการ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (µ = 3.46) และด้านผลผลิตมีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (µ = 3.01) เช่นกัน เมื่อเปรียบเทียบเพศและระดับชั้นสอนที่แตกต่างกัน พบว่า ครูที่มีเพศต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อสภาพการดำเนินโครงการเรียนภาษาอังกฤษกับเจ้าของภาษาแตกต่างกัน ในภาพรวมและรายด้าน ในภาพรวมเพศหญิง มีความคิดเห็นมากกว่าเพศชาย ในด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า เพศชาย มีความคิดเห็นมากกว่าเพศหญิง ด้านกระบวนการ และด้านผลผลิต เพศหญิง มีความคิดเห็นมากกว่าเพศชาย ครูที่สอนในระดับชั้นที่ต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อสภาพการดำเนินโครงการเรียนภาษาอังกฤษกับเจ้าของภาษาแตกต่างกัน ครูที่สอนในระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับสภาพการดำเนินโครงการมากกว่า ครูที่สอนในระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ทั้งในภาพรวมและรายด้านทุกด้าน
The purpose of this study was to know the status of learning English with native speaker project in Bothongwongchanwittaya School, Chon Buri province, 3 areas including input indicator, process indicator and output indicator, comparison of teachers view regarding the status of learning English with native speakers in Bothongwongchanwittaya School, Chonburi province. The sample included 50 teachers. The questions were obtained on the basis of the reliability at the level .84. Descriptive statistics percentages, mean, and standard deviation were calculated for all variables in this study. The major outcome of this study were as follows According to the teachers, the status of learning English with the native speakers in Bothongwongchanwittaya School, Chonburi province as a whole was at the medium level (µ = 3.50), as input indicator was at the high level (µ = 3.69), as process indicator was at the medium level (µ = 3.46), and output indicator was at the medium level (µ = 3.01) when compared with the opinion of teachers relating the status in learning English with native speaker project in Bothongwongchanwittaya School, Chonburi province. It was considered that the teachers had different opinions depending on their gender, as a whole female teacher had more opinions than male teachers and each opinion indicated that according to the input indicator male teachers had more opinions than female teachers. However according to the output indicator female teachers had more opinions than male teachers. The teachers in different level had different opinions in Bothongwongchanwittaya School, Chonburi province. The teachers teaching in senior level had more opinions than teachers teaching in junior level respectively.
