การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบปัญหาความขัดแย้งของครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา อำเภอบ้านบึง จังหวัดชลบุรี โดยจำแนกตามเพศ ประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน และขนาดโรงเรียนที่ปฏิบัติงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้แก่ ครูในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา จังหวัดชลบุรี จำนวน 183 คน จากจำนวนประชากร 226 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (one -way ANOVA) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ปัญหาความขัดแย้งในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา อำเภอบ้านบึง จังหวัดชลบุรี ตามความคิดเห็นของครู 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านองค์ประกอบส่วนบุคคล ด้านปฏิสัมพันธ์ในการทำงาน ด้านสภาพของที่ทำงานหรือองค์กร พบว่าอยู่ในระดับปานกลางทุกด้าน 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบปัญหาความขัดแย้งตามความคิดเห็นของครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา อำเภอบ้านบึง จังหวัดชลบุรี จำแนกตามเพศ และประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน ทั้งในภาพรวมและรายด้าน ไม่พบความแตกต่าง 3. ผลการเปรียบเทียบปัญหาความขัดแย้ง ตามความคิดเห็นของครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา อำเภอบ้านบึง จังหวัดชลบุรี จำแนกตามขนาดของโรงเรียน ในภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน แต่พบความแตกต่างในด้านสภาพของที่ทำงานในโรงเรียนขนาดใหญ่ต่างกับโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กและขนาดกลางอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
This research aimed to study and compare the conflict problems of primary school teachers, Banbuang district, Chonburi, classified by gender, work experience, and size of school. Sample used in this study composed of 183 teachers in primary schools under Banbuang District, Chonburi province. Tools used in this study was a 5-scale rating questionnaire. Statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, Standard Deviation (S.D.), t-test, and One-way analysis of variance (One-way ANOVA). The research found that; 1. The conflict problems in the primary school, Banbuang district, Chonburi province, in an overall was at a moderate level, Considering each aspect, found all 3 aspects were at moderate level, as follows an interaction in the workplace aspect, an individual aspect, and a condition of the workplace, respectively. 2. Comparing the conflict problems as perceived by the primary school teachers in Banbuang district, classified by their gender and working experience found no significant difference either in an overall or each aspect. 3. Comparing the conflict problems as perceived by the primary school teachers in Banbuang district, classified by their school-size found no significant difference in an overall, but found significant difference in the condition of the workplace at .05 level.
