งานวิจัยเรื่องนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของครูที่มีต่อการบริหารงานโรงเรียนที่บริหารงานโดยใช้โรงเรียนเป็นฐานของโรงเรียนในเขตเทศบาล ตำบลเกาะจันทร์ อำเภอเกาะจันทร์ จังหวัดชลบุรี ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนในเขตเทศบาล ตำบลเกาะจันทร์ อำเภอเกาะจันทร์ จังหวัดชลบุรี จำนวน 62 คน ซึ่งผู้วิจัยใช้ประชากรทั้งหมดเป็นผู้ให้ข้อมูล เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟา (Alpha Coefficient) ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต (Arithmetic Mean) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความคิดเห็นต่อการบริหารงานโรงเรียนที่บริหารงานโดยใช้โรงเรียนเป็นฐานของโรงเรียนในเขตเทศบาล ตำบลเกาะจันทร์ โดยภาพรวม และรายด้าน พบว่า มีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน ตามลำดับ ดังนี้ด้านโครงสร้างขององค์กร ด้านการบริหารงานวิชาการ ด้านการบริหารทั่วไป ด้านการบริหารงบประมาณ และด้านการบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล
This research aimed to study opinions of teachers on school-based management of schools in Koh Chan district, Chonburi province. Population included 62 teachers who were teaching in the schools in Koh Chan district, Chonburi province. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument. Statistics used to analyze data composed of Alpha Coefficient, percentage, Arithmetic mean, and Standard Deviation. The research result revealed that the teachers opinions on the school-based management of the schools in Koh chan district in overall and each aspect were at high level, as follows a structure of a school aspect, an academic management aspect, a general administration aspect, a budget management aspect, and personnel management aspect, respectively.
