การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมาย เพื่อศึกษา รวบรวมเรียงลำดับความสำคัญ เสนอปัญหาการบริหารงานของวิทยาลัยสารพัดช่างชลบุรี สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา ประจำปีการศึกษา 2554 รวม 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านบริหารทรัพยากร ด้านแผนงานและความร่วมมือ ด้านพัฒนากิจการนักศึกษา และด้านวิชาการ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาได้มาโดยใช้สูตรของยามาเน่ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูผู้ทำหน้าที่สอน นักเรียนระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ (ปวช.) ประเภทวิชาช่างอุตสาหกรรม รวม 285 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับปัญหาการบริหารงานของวิทยาลัยสารพัดช่างชลบุรี แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ปัญหาการบริหารงานด้านบริหารทรัพยากร ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้ทำหน้าที่สอน ในภาพรวมมีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณารายข้อ พบว่า การพัฒนาครู-อาจารย์ให้มีความรู้ความสามารถอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ส่วนการจัดสวัสดิการและเสริมสร้างขวัญกำลังใจให้แก่บุคลากรอยู่ในระดับน้อย สำหรับนักเรียนในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง การได้รับความยุติธรรมในการคัดเลือกเข้าศึกษาอยู่ในระดับมาก การจัดขั้นตอนในการรับสมัครเข้าเรียนมีความเหมาะสม การได้รับบริการจากเจ้าหน้าที่และผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องในงานประชาสัมพันธ์ งานทะเบียน งานการเงินและการได้รับบริการต่างๆ คุ้มกับค่าบริการที่นักเรียนจ่ายให้วิทยาลัยฯ และการจัดสถานที่จอดรถมีความเพียงพอต่อจำนวนนักเรียน อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2. ปัญหาการบริหารงานด้านแผนงานและความร่วมมือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้ทำหน้าที่สอนในภาพรวมและทุกข้ออยู่ในระดับปานกลาง สำหรับนักเรียน มีความคิดเห็นทั้งในภาพรวมและรายข้อทุกข้อมีปัญหาอยู่ในระดับปานกลางเช่นดียวกัน 3. ปัญหาการบริหารงานด้านพัฒนากิจการนักเรียน นักศึกษา ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้ทำหน้าที่สอน ในภาพรวมและรายข้อทุกข้ออยู่ในระดับปานกลาง แต่นักเรียนมีความคิดเห็นว่ามีปัญหาในระดับมาก และรายข้อพบปัญหาในระดับมากถึง 5 ข้อ จาก 8 ข้อ 4. การบริหารงานด้านวิชาการ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้ทำหน้าที่สอนในภาพรวมและรายข้อทุกข้ออยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ส่วนนักเรียนมีความคิดเห็นในภาพรวมว่ามีปัญหาในระดับปานกลาง แต่ในรายข้อ พบว่าในประเด็นนักเรียนมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน นักเรียนเห็นว่ามีปัญหาในระดับมาก
This study about administration problems of Chonburi Polytechnic College, Office of Vocational Education Commission in an academic year 2011 aimed to investigate, to examine the college and set the priority, and to present problems in an academic year 2011 in Chonburi Polytechnic College, Office of Vocational Education Commission, in 4 aspects human resource management, planning and cooperation administration, student affairs management, and academic administration. Samples used in this study included 285 people by using Yamane. The tool for collecting data was 5-scale rating questionnaire. Statistics for data analysis composed of mean and Standard Deviation. (S.D.) Findings showed that 1. The problems on human resource management administration, school administrators and teachers opinions were at moderate level. Considering each item found that the improvement of teachers capability was at a moderate level, but welfare management and motivation improvement for officers was in low level. Students opinions was at a moderate level. Considering each item found the fairness for student selection was in high level; the suitableness of application process; the suitable of officers services, public relation, registration, and financial work in accordance of credit fees, and enough parking lots, were at moderate level. 2. The problems on planning and cooperation administration, school administrators and teachers opinions were at moderate level both in overall and every item, also found in students opinions at moderate level both in overall and every item. 3. The problems on planning and cooperation administration, school administrators and teachers opinions were at moderate level both in overall and every item, but students opinions were at high level in overall, also in 5 out of 8 items. 4. The problems on planning and cooperation administration, school administrators and teachers opinions were at moderate level both in overall and every item; student opinions on the overall were at a moderate level, but in the item of their participation in teaching and learning activities was at a high level.
