งานวิจัยเรื่อง จิตสาธารณะของนักศึกษาวิทยาลัยการสาธารณสุขสิรินธร จังหวัดชลบุรี มีความมุ่งหมาย เพื่อศึกษาจิตสาธารณะของนักศึกษาวิทยาลัยการสาธารณสุขสิรินธร จังหวัดชลบุรี โดยจำแนกตามปัจจัยภูมิหลัง ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นนักศึกษาวิทยาลัยการสาธารณสุขสิรินธร จังหวัดชลบุรี ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2554 จำนวน 902 คน และเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 269 คน โดยใช้ตารางของ เครซี่ และมอร์แกน (Krejcie; & Morgan.1987) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับจิตสาธารณะของนักศึกษาวิทยาลัยการสาธารณสุขสิรินธร จังหวัดชลบุรี ตามทฤษฎีของ แบส (Bass) แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมันเท่ากับ 0.96 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) และเปรียบเทียบค่าด้วยค่า F-test และทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมด้วยวิธีบอนเฟอร์โรนี (Bonferroni) ในกรณีที่ผลการวิเคราะห์ พบความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิงร้อยละ 74.3 วิทยาลัยการสาธารณสุขสิรินธร จังหวัดชลบุรี มีอายุระหว่าง 18 - 21 ปี นักศึกษาที่ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่สาขาสาธารณสุขชุมชน ชั้นปีที่ 2 มีระดับจิตสาธารณะแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านจิตสาธารณะต่อตนเอง และด้านจิตสาธารณะต่อสังคม โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่า นักศึกษาวิทยาลัยการสาธารณสุขสิรินธร จังหวัดชลบุรี ที่เรียนสาขาต่างกันและอายุต่างกัน มีระดับจิตสาธารณะในด้านจิตสาธารณะต่อตนเอง และด้านจิตสาธารณะต่อสังคมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
This research aimed to study public mind of Sirindhorn College of Public Health students, Chonburi Province, classified by their demographic background factors. The population of this study was 902 Sirindhorn College of Public Health students, who enrolled in second semester of an academic year 2011. The 269 samples were selected by using the determining sample size table which provided by Krejcie; &. Morgan. The questionnaire was used to obtain data, which were analyzed statistically into the percentage, Arithemetic mean, Standard Deviation, and F test was used to assess statistically different from each other group. If the F test was significant statistically different, the Bonferroni s test will be additional used to analyze those data. The results showed that The majorities of students are female (74.2%), aged between 18 to 21 years old, and learning in the first year and second year-educational level. It was found that the aspects of public mind that consisted of self-minded aspect and social- -minded aspect were at high level. The hypothesis testing revealed that there was statistically significant different in the self-minded aspect and social- -minded aspect (p < .05), among student groups who had different in age and academic major. No significant difference was found in the remained factors.
