การศึกษาวิจัยค้นคว้าครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหาร และอาจารย์ผู้สอนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสภาพการบริหารงานฝ่ายกิจการนักศึกษา ในสถาบันการพลศึกษา วิทยาเขตชลบุรี ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหาร อาจารย์ผู้สอน จำนวน 39 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามแบบตรวจสอบรายการ (Check list) แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (rating scales) ค่าสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ การแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า สภาพการบริหารงานฝ่ายกิจการนักศึกษาในสถาบันการพลศึกษาวิทยาเขตชลบุรี โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2 ด้าน ได้แก่ งานเลขานุการและงานองค์การนักศึกษา อยู่ในระดับมาก 1 ด้าน คือ งานกิจกรรมนักศึกษา ส่วนที่เหลืออีก 4 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ตามลำดับ ดังนี้ งานแนะแนวการศึกษาและบริการอาชีพ งานพัฒนาบุคลิกภาพและวินัย งานพยาบาล และงานสวัสดิการนักศึกษา มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด
The purpose of this research was to study the state and problem of student activity affairs, compare its state and problem of student activity affairs in Chonburi campus of Institute of Physical Education. The population consisted of 39 administrators and teachers. The instrument used to collect data was a questionnaire composed of check-list, rating scale, and open-ended questions. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, and Standard Deviation. Results of the study were the following, the state of student activity affairs in Chonburi campus of Institute of Physical Education was found at a high level. Considering each aspect, it was found 2 aspects were at the highest level a secretariat aspect and a student organization aspect; 1 aspect was at a high level a student activity aspect; 4 aspects were at moderate level, as follows an educational and a vocational guidance aspect, a development of personality and discipline aspect, a first-aid aspect, and a student welfare aspect, respectively.
