การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาระดับการปฏิบัติงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ตามทัศนะของพนักงานครูโรงเรียนเทศบาล 2 (บ้านหาดใหญ่) จำแนกตามอายุ ระดับตำแหน่ง และประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน โดยจำนวนกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นพนักงานครูโรงเรียนเทศบาล 2 (บ้านหาดใหญ่) สังกัดสำนักการศึกษา เทศบาลนครหาดใหญ่ อำเภอหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา จำนวน 67 คน มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น (Reliability) .97 ผลการวิจัยมีดังนี้ 1. การปฏิบัติงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ตามทัศนะของพนักงานครูโรงเรียนเทศบาล 2 (บ้านหาดใหญ่) สังกัดเทศบาลนครหาดใหญ่ อำเภอหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ด้านการพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ ด้านการวัดผลประเมินผลและเทียบโอนผลการเรียน ด้านการแนะแนวการศึกษา และด้านการพัฒนาระบบการประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษา อยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนด้านอื่นๆ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2. การปฏิบัติงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ตามทัศนะของพนักงานครูโรงเรียนเทศบาล 2 (บ้านหาดใหญ่) สังกัดเทศบาลนครหาดใหญ่ อำเภอหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา ที่มีอายุต่ำกว่า 35 ปี และอายุตั้งแต่ 35 ปีขึ้นไป โดยภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการส่งเสริมความรู้ทางวิชาการแก่ชุมชน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. การปฏิบัติงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ตามทัศนะของพนักงานครูโรงเรียนเทศบาล 2 (บ้านหาดใหญ่) สังกัดเทศบาลนครหาดใหญ่ อำเภอหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา โดยครูที่มีระดับตำแหน่งครูผู้ช่วยหรือครู คศ.1 และครูที่มีระดับตำแหน่งครู คศ.2 โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน ไม่แตกต่างกัน 4. การปฏิบัติงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ตามทัศนะของพนักงานครูโรงเรียนเทศบาล 2 (บ้านหาดใหญ่) สังกัดเทศบาลนครหาดใหญ่ อำเภอหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา โดยครูที่มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานต่ำกว่า 10 ปี และครูที่มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานตั้งแต่ 10 ปี ขึ้นไป โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน
This research aimed to study academic affairs of school administrators of Tedsaban 2 (Banhatyai) under Education Bureau, Hat Yai Municipality, Hat Yai district, Songkhla, as perceived by teachers, classified by their age, position level, and working experience. Samples composed of 67 Tedsaban 2 (Banhatyai) teachers under Education Bureau, Hat Yai Municipality, Hat Yai district, Songkhla. The tool was a questionnaire with a reliability of .97. Findings were showed that 1. The academic affairs of school administrators according to the Tedsaban 2 (Banhatyai) teachers as a whole were at a high level. Considering each aspect, it was also found that the development of the learning process, the evaluation and transfer school record, guidance education and the development of education quality assurance was at a high level. The other aspect was at a moderate level. 2. The academic affair of school administrators according to the Tedsaban 2 (Banhatyai) teachers who aged lower than 35 years and over than 35 years as a whole did not differ. Considering each aspect found the academic knowledge promotion to community differed at .05 level of significance. 3. The academic affairs of school administrators according to the Tedsaban 2 (Banhatyai) assistant teachers, the teachers level 1 and the teachers level 2 were not significant different. 4. The academic affairs of school administrators according to the Tedsaban 2 (Banhatyai) teachers who had lower than 10 years of working experience and higher than 10 years of working experience did not differ.
