การวิจัยนี้ มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาปัญหาการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนในเครือข่ายพันธปัญญา อำเภอปากพะยูน 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับปัญหาการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนในเครือข่ายพันธปัญญา อำเภอปากพะยูน ตามตัวแปรปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะในการแก้ไขปัญหาการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียน วิธีการศึกษาได้ศึกษาจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็น บุคลากรทางการศึกษาของโรงเรียนในเครือข่ายพันธปัญญา อำเภอปากพะยูน จังหวัดพัทลุง ปีการศึกษา 2554 จำนวน 125 คน ใช้วิธีการเก็บข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าที และเอฟ โดยนำแบบสอบถามไปทดลองสอบถาม (Try-out) กับกลุ่มทดลอง จำนวน 30 คน เพื่อหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แอลฟา (Alpha Coefficient) ตามวิธีของ Cronbach ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ 0.97 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. สภาพปัญหาการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียน ในเครือข่ายพันธปัญญา อำเภอปากพะยูน ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ทุกด้านมีปัญหา อยู่ในระดับ ปานกลาง 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบระดับความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับปัญหาการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนในเครือข่ายพันธปัญญา อำเภอปากพะยูน ตามตัวแปรปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล พบว่า ผู้ที่มีเพศ, อายุ, ระดับการศึกษา และตำแหน่งแตกต่างกัน มีความเห็นต่อปัญหาในการดำเนินงานด้านวิชาการ ไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนผู้ที่มีประสบการณ์การทำงานต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001 3. ข้อเสนอแนะที่เป็นแนวทางในการแก้ไขปัญหาการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียน มี 11 ประเด็น คือ 1) ควรมีการวิเคราะห์ผู้เรียนรายบุคคลเพื่อจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนให้ตรงตามศักยภาพผู้เรียน 2) ควรส่งครูเข้ารับการอบรมให้ความรู้ความชำนาญในเรื่องที่รับผิดชอบ 3) ควรมีศูนย์กลุ่มสาระ 4) ผู้บริหารควรให้ความสำคัญกับงานด้านวิชาการให้มากขึ้นและดำเนินการส่งเสริมอย่างจริงจัง 5) ครูต้องมีความเสียสละและรับผิดชอบในหน้าที่เพิ่มขึ้น 6) ครูควรลดกิจกรรมอื่นที่เป็นเหตุให้ต้องทิ้งการเรียนการสอนให้น้อยลง 7) ควรจัดหาบุคลากรที่จบทางด้านหลักสูตรมาทำงานด้านวิชาการ 8) โรงเรียนควรจัดสรรงบประมาณด้านวิชาการให้มากกว่านี้ 9) ควรแก้ปัญหาการอ่าน การเขียนของนักเรียน 10) ควรมีการรวมกลุ่มจัดทำโครงการทางวิชาการร่วมกัน และ 11) ครูหัวหน้าฝ่ายวิชาการควรตักเตือนครูผู้สอนที่ละเลยการสอน
This research aimed to 1) study problems of academic affairs administration of Pantapanya school cluster at Pakpayoon district, Phattalung; 2) compare opinion on problems of academic affairs administration of the Pantapanya school cluster by different personal factors; and 3) search for suggestions that would be the ways to solve the problems. The study got 125 samples from Pantapanya schools at Pakpayoon in 2011 academic year. The statistics used to analyze data composed of frequency, percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, and F test by bringing questionnaire to trial inquiry (try-out) group test (30 persons) to find the correlation Alpha Coefficient equal 0.97. The results revealed that 1. Generally, the problems of the Pantapanya school cluster at Pakpayoon district, Phattalung province was at a moderate level, also in every aspect. 2. Males and females who had differently age, education level, and position had no significantly difference in their opinions on the problems of the academic affairs administration of the Pantapanya school cluster. But the school personnel who had differently working experience had significantly difference in their opinions at .001 level. 3. The 11 ways to solve the academic problems of the Pantapanya school cluster were suggested as follows 1) individual student behavior should be analyzed before setting activities in the class harmony as the potential of each student; 2) teachers should be trained in what they takes responsibility; 3) there should have subject group centre; 4) the director should pay more attention to academic work and give serious promotion than before; 5) teachers should devote their self and take more responsible in their duty than before; 6) teachers should reduce other activities that made them leaving class; 7) there should have person who graduated in an curriculum program to work in academic duty; 8) school should give more budgets to academic work; 9) solve the reading skill problem of students; 10) there should work in group for an academic project; and 11) academic head should remind teachers who ignore teaching in their class
