ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาระดับความต้องการการนิเทศภายในเกี่ยวกับ การจัดการเรียนการสอนที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ ประกอบด้วย การวางแผนการสอน การเตรียม การสอน การจัดการเรียนการสอน การใช้สื่อการเรียนการสอน และการวัดผลประเมินผลของครูโรงเรียนเทศบาล 2 (บ้านหาดใหญ่) จำนวน 79 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน จากผลการวิจัย พบว่า ครูที่ปฏิบัติการสอนในโรงเรียนเทศบาล 2 (บ้านหาดใหญ่) จำแนกตามเพศ วุฒิการศึกษา และประสบการณ์ในการสอน มีความต้องการการนิเทศภายในเกี่ยวกับการจัดการเรียนการสอนที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า มีความต้องการการนิเทศภายในอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยเรียงลำดับจากมากที่สุดไปน้อยที่สุด ดังนี้ ด้านการวางแผนการสอน ด้านการเตรียมการสอน ด้านการใช้สื่อการเรียนการสอน ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน และด้านการวัดและประเมินผล
This research aimed to study level of internal supervision needs for child center learning management consisting of teaching planning, teaching preparation, teaching management, instructional media usage, and assessment of teachers in Municipal School 2 (Ban Hat Yai), and to compare level of internal supervision needs for child center learning management of teachers in Municipal School 2 (Ban Hat Yai) classified by gender, educational level, and teaching experience. Population consisted totally 79 teachers. Data were analysed by using percentage, mean, and Standard Deviation. The result revealed that Mosts of the teachers are female, held Bachelor degree, and had teaching experience less than 10 years. They need an internal supervision for child center learning both overall and each aspect at a high level, as follows teaching experience, teaching preparation, instructional media usage, teaching management, and assessment, respectively.
