การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1)ศึกษาระดับปฏิบัติการต่อการจัดสภาพแวดล้อมและการบริการในโรงเรียนที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียน โรงเรียนเทศบาล 2 (บ้านหาดใหญ่) อำเภอหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา และ 2) ศึกษาและรวบรวมปัญหา เพื่อนำไปจัดสภาพแวดล้อมและการบริการในโรงเรียนเทศบาล 2 (บ้านหาดใหญ่) อำเภอหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา ให้ดียิ่งขึ้น ทำการศึกษาในปีการศึกษา 2554 โดยศึกษาจากกลุ่มประชากร ซึ่งเป็นครูโรงเรียนเทศบาล 2 จำนวน 79 คน เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ส่วนข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถามปลายเปิดใช้เทคนิคการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา เพื่อนำมาแยกแยะและเขียนข้อสรุป ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ระดับปฏิบัติการต่อการจัดสภาพแวดล้อมและการบริการในโรงเรียนที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียน โรงเรียนเทศบาล 2 (บ้านหาดใหญ่) อำเภอหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา ในปัจจุบันในภาพรวมและด้านการให้บริการอยู่ในระดับดีมาก ส่วนด้านการจัดสภาพแวดล้อมภายในโรงเรียน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2. ปัญหาด้านการจัดสภาพแวดล้อมภายในโรงเรียนที่สำคัญอันดับหนึ่ง คือ นักเรียนแปรงฟันไม่พร้อมกัน ไม่เป็นระเบียบ รองลงมา คือ ปัญหานักเรียนเป็นเหา ข้อเสนอแนะด้านการจัดสภาพแวดล้อมภายในโรงเรียนที่สำคัญที่สุด คือ ควรจัดทำสถานที่ในการแปรงฟันให้นักเรียนโดยเฉพาะ รองลงมา คือ ควรประสานหน่วยงานสาธารณสุขหรือโรงพยาบาลให้มาตรวจรักษาและให้คำแนะนำ 3. ปัญหาด้านการให้บริการภาพรวมที่สำคัญอันดับหนึ่ง คือ นักเรียนส่วนใหญ่ไม่ค่อยได้ออกกำลังกาย หรือนันทนาการเนื่องจากสถานที่ไม่อำนวย ไม่มีบริเวณทำกิจกรรม รองลงมา คือ มีอาหารให้เลือกน้อย ไม่หลากหลาย อันดับสาม คือ ห้องน้ำสกปรกมีกลิ่นเหม็น และมีการขายอาหารที่ไม่เป็นประโยชน์ภายในโรงเรียน ข้อเสนอแนะด้านการส่งเสริมสุขภาพอนามัย คือ 1) ควร ให้ความรู้กับนักเรียนด้านสุขศึกษาอย่างทั่วถึง 2) จัดแกนนำนักเรียนในการให้ความรู้กับเพื่อนๆ ในโรงเรียน 3) ควรจัดกิจกรรมการออกกำลังกายที่ลดข้อจำกัดของการใช้สถานที่ เช่น แอโรบิคหรือจัดกิจกรรมการออกกำลังกายในที่ร่มให้นักเรียน เช่น โยคะ ตาราง 9 ช่อง ฯลฯ และ 4) ควรให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการเลือกซื้ออาหารกับนักเรียน 4. ปัญหาด้านความปลอดภัยของผู้เรียนที่สำคัญเป็นอันดับหนึ่งคือ ประตูทางเข้า เปิด-ปิดไม่เป็นเวลา รองลงมา คือ ไม่มีป้อมยามหน้าโรงเรียน ข้อเสนอแนะด้านความปลอดภัยของผู้เรียน คือ 1) ควรมีเวลาเปิดปิดประตูโรงเรียนที่แน่นอน 2) จัดให้มียาม และ 3) ควรจัดสนามเด็กเล่น ให้มีเครื่องเล่นสนามที่ได้มาตรฐานแข็งแรง
This research aimed to 1) study the level of schools services and environmental management in support students learning; and (2) study and search the problems and suggestions to improve schools services and environmental management effects on students learning at Tedsaban 2 (Ban Hat Yai) school, Hat Yai Municipality, Hat Yai, Songkhla, in 2011 academic year. 79 teachers were conducted by using questionnaires. The statistics used to analyze data composed of frequency, percentage, mean, Standard Deviation. For open-end questions were analyzed by content analysis to be group and conclusion. The results revealed that 1. Presently, the level of schools services and environmental management in support students learning at Tedsaban 2 (Ban Hat Yai) school, Hat Yai Municipality, Hat Yai, Songkhla, generally and for school services were at a good level, but for inside school environmental management was at a moderate level. 2. The important problem was about the time and place for brushing of the students were not properly. Secondly, the students got louses on their hairs. So the research suggested school to find the properly place for students to brush their teeth and recruited authorities from public health office or hospital to give more information and cure. 3. For school service problems were found that the most important problem was most students lacked of exercise due to no place for exercise. Secondly, school had very limited kind of food to sell. Thirdly, dirty restrooms and school shops sold junk food. Suggestions of the research were (1) teachers should provide more information and educated students about health care, (2) there should have students leaders group to provide knowledge to their friends in the school, (3) schools should have exercise activities that reduce the limited of the yard such as aerobic dance, or inside the shade activities such as Yo ka, 9 crosses table, etc., and (4) teachers should teach students about how to select the good food. 4. For school security the most important problem was no time for gate opening and closing. Secondly, there was no school guard. Suggestions were (1) there should have gate opening and closing time, (2) there should have school guard, and (3) there should have yard for playing also the standard playing instrument in the ground.
