การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการบริหารงานวิจัยในชั้นเรียนของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน อำเภอปากพะยูน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพัทลุง เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาค้นคว้า คือ ครูผู้สอน จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 205 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม มาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า สภาพการบริหารงานวิจัยในชั้นเรียนของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน อำเภอปากพะยูน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพัทลุง เขต 2 ทั้งโดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน มีสภาพการดำเนินการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมาก 2 ด้าน และปานกลาง 2 ด้าน ด้านที่มีการปฏิบัติสูงสุด คือ ด้านความรู้เกี่ยวกับการวิจัยในชั้นเรียน และด้านคุณสมบัติของผู้วิจัยในชั้นเรียน ส่วนด้านทักษะในการวิจัยในชั้นเรียน และด้านการสนับสนุนการ ทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียน อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ส่วนปัญหาในการบริหารงานวิจัยในชั้นเรียนของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน อำเภอปากพะยูน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพัทลุง เขต 2 โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน ทุกด้านมีปัญหาในการทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียนอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ตามลำดับดังนี้ ด้านความรู้เกี่ยวกับการวิจัยในชั้นเรียน ด้านทักษะในการวิจัยในชั้นเรียน ด้านคุณสมบัติของผู้วิจัยในชั้นเรียน และด้านการสนับสนุนการทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียน
This research aimed to examine the state and problems concerning managing classroom research of basic educational institutions in Pakpayoon district under Patalung Primary Educational Service Office Area 2. The sample used in this study consisted of 205 teachers. The instrument used for collecting the data was a 5-point rating scale questionnaire. The statistics used for analyzing the collected data were mean and Standard Deviation. The study results revealed that The management of classroom research of the basic educational institutions in Pakpayoon district under the Patalung Primary Educational Service Office Area 2 was performed at a moderate level as a whole. After item analysis, it was found that 2 aspects were practiced at high level knowledge of classroom research, and the qualifications of classroom researchers; and 2 aspects were at a moderate level skills in doing classroom research and supporting for classroom research. The problems concerning the management of classroom research of basic educational institutions in Pakpayoon district under Patalung Primary Educational Service Office Area 2 were found at a moderate level both an overall and each aspect, as follows the qualifications of classroom researchers, knowledge of classroom research, classroom research skills, and support for classroom research, respectively.
