การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานของโรงเรียนในอำเภอปากพะยูน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพัทลุง เขต 2 รวม 4 งาน คือ การบริหารวิชาการ การบริหารงบประมาณ การบริหารงานบุคคล และการบริหารทั่วไป ตามขนาดของโรงเรียน เพศ อาชีพ และระดับการศึกษา ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาค้นคว้าครั้งนี้ คือ คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานของโรงเรียนในอำเภอปากพะยูน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพัทลุง เขต 2 จำนวน 33 โรงเรียน จำนวน 309 คน โดยการกำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างจากตารางของ เครจซีและมอร์แกน และสุ่มอย่างง่าย จำนวน 33 โรงเรียน ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 165 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการมีส่วนร่วมของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่า t- -test แบบ independent และ F test ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การมีส่วนร่วมของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานของโรงเรียนในอำเภอปากพะยูน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพัทลุง เขต 2 โดยภาพรวมและแต่ละงาน ทั้ง 4 งาน อยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ย ดังนี้ การบริหารทั่วไป ( = 3.82) การบริหารวิชาการ ( = 3.56) การบริหารงบประมาณ ( = 3.53) และบริหารงานบุคคล ( 3.42) 2. เปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานของโรงเรียนในอำเภอปากพะยูน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพัทลุง เขต 2 ตามขนาดของโรงเรียน เพศ ระดับการศึกษา และอาชีพ ที่แตกต่างกันมีส่วนร่วมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
The purposes of this research were to examine and compare participation of the school boards in basic education institutions in Pakphayoon district under Phathalung Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 in four areas, namely, academic, budget, personnel, and general administration. The population composed of 309 of school boards from 33 schools. A random sampling technique and Krejcie; & Morgans table were used to select 165 subjects from 33 schools.165 subjects which were representatives of the school boards from 33 schools. The research instrument was a questionnaire on general information of the respondents and their participation in the school boards. The statistics used for analyzing the collected data were mean, Standard Deviation, t-test independent, and F test. The findings indicated that 1. The researches done with participation of the school boards in basic education institutions in Pakphayoon district under Phathalung Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 in the field of educational administration, budget administration, human resources administration, and others in general. The evaluated result of each field was at a high level. The value of the evaluation is respectively declares as the following general administration ( = 3.82), educational administration ( = 3.56), budget administration ( = 3.53), and human resources administration ( = 3.42). 2. The result of comparing their participation of the school boards in basic education institutions in Pakphayoon district under Phathalung Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 in the four areas was at a high level. When comparing their participation regarding the size of their school, gender, career, age, level of education, found differently participation at .05 level of significance.
