การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการนำหลักธรรมาภิบาลมาใช้บริหาร สถานศึกษาของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดเทศบาลนครนครศรีธรรมราช และ 2) เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของพนักงานครูเกี่ยวกับการนำหลักธรรมาภิบาลมาใช้บริหารสถานศึกษา กำหนดตัวแปรอิสระ ได้แก่ เพศ อายุ และระดับการศึกษา ตัวแปรตาม คือ หลักธรรมาภิบาล ตามนโยบายสำนักนายกรัฐมนตรี ซึ่งประกอบด้วย 6 ด้าน ได้แก่ หลักนิติธรรม หลักคุณธรรม หลักความโปร่งใส หลักความมีส่วนร่วม หลักความรับผิดชอบ หลักความคุ้มค่า ทำการเก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ซึ่งเป็นครูในสังกัดเทศบาลนครศรีธรรมราช จำนวน 210 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม (Questionnaire) แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ของ Likeart scale จำนวน 59 ข้อ มีค่าความสอดคล้อง (IOC) เท่ากับ .95 มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น (Reliability) เท่ากับ .98 ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยใช้ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าที (t-test) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน (ANOVA, F test) และทำการเปรียบเทียบรายคู่โดยวิธีการของ Scheffe ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การนำหลักธรรมาภิบาลมาใช้บริหารสถานศึกษาของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อย 3 อันดับแรก คือ 1) หลักความรับผิดชอบ 2) หลัก นิติธรรม และ 3) หลักคุณธรรม ตามลำดับ 2. การเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของพนักงานครูเกี่ยวกับการนำหลักธรรมาภิบาลมาใช้บริหารสถานศึกษาของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา พบว่า พนักงานครูที่มีเพศ อายุต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการนำหลักธรรมาภิบาลมาใช้บริหารสถานศึกษาต่างกัน ส่วนพนักงานครูที่มีวุฒิการศึกษาต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นในประเด็นดังกล่าวไม่ต่างกัน
This research aimed to 1) study good governance application for administration of school administrators under jurisdiction of Nakhon Si Thammarat Municipality, and 2) compare teachers opinions on good governance application for school administration. Independent variables were defined as gender, age, and educational level. Dependent variables were good governance principle according to Office of the Prime Minister which consisting of 6 aspects the rule of law, morality, accountability, participation, responsibility, and cost-effectiveness or economy. Data collection was performed from 210 persons. Research tool was a 5-rating scale questionnaire according to Likeart scale, totally 59 items, which had an IOC 0.95 and reliability 0.98. Data analysis was conducted by using percentage, mean ( ), Standard Deviation (S.D.), t-test, analysis of variance (F test) and Post Hoc comparison according to Scheffes method. Findings were showed that 1. The good governance application for administration of the school administrators in overall was at a high level and in first 3 aspects 1) responsibility, 2) the rule of law, and 3) morality, respectively. 2. The comparison of the teachers opinions on good governance application for school administration was found that the teachers having different gender and different age had different opinions, but the teachers having different educational level had no differently opinions on that issue.
