สารนิพนธ์ฉบับนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของครูเกี่ยวกับ ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างลักษณะพฤติกรรมผู้นำของผู้บริหารกับผลการดำเนินงานของโรงเรียนในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปัตตานี เขต 3 และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นดังกล่าว จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน และขนาดของโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปัตตานี เขต 3 จำนวน 247 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.87 สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่า t-statistics การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว การทดสอบรายคู่ด้วยวิธีเชฟเฟ และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับระดับพฤติกรรมผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปัตตานี เขต 3 อยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วยมาก โดยเรียงลำดับจากมากไปน้อย คือ พฤติกรรมด้านมุ่งงาน และด้านพฤติกรรมด้านมุ่งความสัมพันธ์ 2. ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับผลการดำเนินงานของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปัตตานี เขต 3 อยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วยมาก โดยเรียงลำดับจากมากไปน้อย คือ การบริหารงานด้านวิชาการ การบริหารงานทั่วไป การบริหารงานบุคคล และการบริหารงบประมาณ ตามลำดับ 3. ในการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นพฤติกรรมผู้นำของผู้บริหาร และผลการดำเนินงานของโรงเรียน ระดับการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน และขนาดโรงเรียนที่ต่างกัน มีระดับความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกัน ส่วนเพศ และสถานภาพการสมรสที่ต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นไม่ต่างกัน 4. พฤติกรรมผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมีความสัมพันธ์กับผลการดำเนินงานของโรงเรียนในระดับปานกลาง (r = 0.651) อย่างมีนัยทางสถิติที่ 0.01
This research was intended to 1) investigate the relationship between leadership behaviors of school administrator and school performance under Pattani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, and 2) compare the leadership behaviors of school administrator and school performance, separated by gender, marital status, education, school administration experience, and size of school. Samples were 247 teachers and school administrators under the Pattani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The questionnaire used as an instrument which has a reliability of 0.87. The statistics composed of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-way analysis of variance, and correlation coefficient. The research findings were as follows 1. The leadership behavior of school administrator under the Pattani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 as a whole was at a high level. When considered each aspect of the leadership behaviors were also at a high level, listed in order of mean as follows task-oriented behaviors and relation-oriented behaviors. 2. School performance under the Pattani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 as a whole was at a high level. When considered each aspect of the school performances were also at a high level, listed in descending order of mean as follows academic, general administration, personnel, and budget. 3. The correlation between leadership behaviors of school administrator and school performance under the Pattani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 as a whole was at a moderate level (r = 0.651), at .01 level of significance.
