การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยด้านจิตลักษณะที่ส่งผลต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนในระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นปีที่ 3 (ปวช.3) โรงเรียนสยามบริหารธุรกิจ สะพานใหม่ ที่ลงทะเบียนในภาคการศึกษาที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2553 เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ (Survey Research) โดยทำการสอบกลุ่มตัวอย่าง (n = 280) แบ่งเป็นชั้นภูมิตามสาขาวิชา (stratified Random Sampling) ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างในสาขาคอมพิวเตอร์ธุรกิจ 190 คน สาขาบัญชี 35 คน สาขาการตลาด 10 คน สาขาการท่องเที่ยว 22 คน และสาขาภาษาต่างประเทศ 23 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมีโครงสร้าง (Structured Questionnaire) มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ 0.85 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่า Chi-square และ F test ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง ร้อยละ 60.2 ศึกษาในสาขาวิชาคอมพิวเตอร์ธุรกิจ ร้อยละ 67.7 สถานภาพครอบครัว ส่วนใหญ่พ่อแม่อยู่ด้วยกัน ร้อยละ 71.0 พักอาศัยอยู่กับพ่อ/แม่ มากที่สุด ร้อยละ 79.9 ส่วนใหญ่มีเกรดเฉลี่ยสะสมอยู่ระหว่าง 2.00- -2.99 มากที่สุด ร้อยละ 48.7 เกรดเฉลี่ยสะสมระดับมัธยมต้น ส่วนใหญ่มีเกรดเฉลี่ยสะสมอยู่ระหว่าง 2.00-2.99 มากที่สุด ร้อยละ 55.7 ความเพียงพอกับค่าใช้จ่ายในการศึกษาเล่าเรียน ส่วนใหญ่เพียงพอร้อยละ 64.5 ความต้องการหารายได้พิเศษ พบว่า ส่วนใหญ่ไม่ต้องการทำงานร้อยละ 77.4 ความคิดเห็นต่อปัจจัยด้านจิตลักษณะที่ส่งผลต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนในระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นปีที่ 3 (ปวช.3) โรงเรียนสยามบริหารธุรกิจ สะพานใหม่ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.61 เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมาก 2 ด้าน คือ แรงจูงใจ ใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ นักเรียนจะต้องได้เกรดเฉลี่ยให้ได้มากที่สุด มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.98 และความเชื่อในศักยภาพของตนเอง มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.86 ระดับปานกลาง 2 ด้าน คือ ความมีวินัยในการเรียน มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.43 และวิธีการเรียนที่ดี มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.16 ตามลำดับ ความคิดเห็นต่อปัจจัยด้านจิตลักษณะของนักเรียนด้านความเชื่อมั่นในศักยภาพตนเอง ด้านแรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ ด้านความมีวินัยในการเรียน และด้านวิธีเรียนที่ดี พบความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
This research aimed to study the psychological characteristics which affected on learning achievement of the 3rd year vacational education certifical students, Siam Business School, Saphanmai which registered in the 1st semester of the 2010 academic years. Samples comprised of 280 students from all fields of study through stratified random sampling 190 Computers & Business field, 35 Accounting fields, 10 Marketing fields, 22 Tourism fields, and 23 Foreign Language. The instrument was structured questionnaire with had a reliability of 0.85. The statistics for data analyses were percentage, mean, standard deviation, Chai-square, and F test. The research results revealed as follows Most of the samples are females (60.2%), studied in the fields of computer (67.7%), their parents stayed together (71.0%), lived with father/mother (79.9%), had grade point average (G.P.A.) 2.00-2.99 (48.7%), and G.P.A. in the level of the lower secondary school 2.00-2.99 (57.7%), the sufficient expense in their education was enough (64.5%), the need of the extra revenue found that the majority did not need to work (77.4%). An opinion on the factors of the psychological characteristics affected on the learning achievement of the samples in an overall was at a high level ( = 3.61), considering each aspect found that 2 aspects were at a high level the strengthening of learning achievement ( = 3.98), and the believe themselves ( = 3.86), 2 aspects were at a moderate level the discipline in learning ( = 3.43), and the good method of learning ( = 3.16), respectively. An opinion on the factors of the psychological characteristics affected on the students potential on the self confident aspect, the motivation aspect, the learning discipline aspect, and the good method of learning, at .05 level of significant difference.
