การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาคุณลักษณะผู้นําของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาใน โรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานสถานศึกษาในโรงเรียนขยาย โอกาสทางการศึกษา และเพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคุณลักษณะผู้นํากับประสิทธิผลในการบริหารงานสถานศึกษาของผู้บริหารงานโรงเรียนในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษาสังกัดสํานักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปัตตานี เขต 3 ผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ครู และ คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา โดยทําการศึกษาจากประชากรทั้งหมด จํานวน 180 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ การแจกแจงความถี่ (Frequency) ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ยประชากร (Mean) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน (Pearsons Product – Moment Correlation Coefficient) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. คุณลักษณะผู้นําของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัด สํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา ปัตตานี เขต 3 มีคุณลักษณะทั้งภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ใน ระดับมาก เรียงลําดับจากมากไปน้อย คือ คุณลักษณะทางกาย คุณลักษณะทางสังคม คุณลักษณะ ทางบุคลิกภาพ คุณลักษณะทางสติปัญญา คุณลักษณะเกี่ยวข้องกับงาน และคุณลักษณะภูมิหลังทาง สังคม 2. ประสิทธิผลในการบริหารงานสถานศึกษา มีประสิทธิผลในภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ใน ระดับมาก เรียงลําดับจากมากไปน้อย คือ ความสามารถด้านการพัฒนางานของบุคลากร ความสามารถด้านการพัฒนาองค์กร ความสามารถด้านการบริการ และความสามารถด้านการพัฒนางาน 3. คุณลักษณะผู้นําของผู้บริหารกับประสิทธิผลในการบริหารงานสถานศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์ กันเชิงบวกอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
The purposes of this research were to study the leadership of the schools administrators in the School Education Expansion, to study the effectiveness of an educational administration in expanded educational opportunities schools, and to study the interaction between leadership and effectiveness in the school management. The school administrators of the School of Education Office Expansion Area Elementary Pattani Region 3 for the data included school administrators, teachers and school boards, totally 180 persons. Statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and the correlation coefficient of Pearson. The results showed that 1. A leadership feature of the school administrators in the school of education office expansion area elementary Pattani region 3 in both overall and each aspect were at a high level: physical features, social characteristics, features of personality, characteristics of intelligence, work-related features, and features of social background, respectively. 2. An effectiveness in the school management both in an overall and each aspect were at a high level: the ability of personnel development, capabilities of their organizations, service capabilities, and development capabilities, respectively. 3. The leadership feature of the school administrators was associated with the school management effectiveness with statistically positive at .01 level.
