การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาความต้องการของชุมชนในการพัฒนาโรงเรียนบ้านช่องแมว สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปัตตานี เขต 3 2) เปรียบเทียบความต้องการของชุมชนในการพัฒนาโรงเรียนบ้านช่องแมว สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปัตตานี เขต 3 จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนต่าง ๆ และ 3) เสนอแนะแนวทางในการพัฒนาโรงเรียนบ้านช่องแมว สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปัตตานี เขต 3 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ตัวแทนชุมชนในเขตบริการโรงเรียนบ้านช่องแมว อำเภอสายบุรี สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปัตตานี เขต 3 กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยการเทียบตารางของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน สุ่มตัวอย่างมาศึกษา โดยวิธีแบบเจาะจง จำนวน 86 คน ได้แก่ กรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จำนวน 14 คน ผู้ปกครองนักเรียน จำนวน 72 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ความต้องการของชุมชนในการพัฒนาโรงเรียนบ้านช่องแมว สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาปัตตานี เขต 3 โดยรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงอันดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อยคือ ด้านการบริการที่ดีของโรงเรียน ด้านการพัฒนาบุคลากรในสถานศึกษา ด้านหลักสูตรและการจัดการเรียนการสอน ด้านการพัฒนาสภาพแวดล้อมและความสะอาดของโรงเรียน และ ด้านการเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชน 2. การเปรียบเทียบความต้องการของชุมชน จำแนกตามเพศ อายุ และสถานภาพ 2.1 จำแนกตามเพศ พบว่า ความต้องการด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตรและกระบวนการเรียนการสอน ด้านการพัฒนาบุคลากรในโรงเรียน ด้านการพัฒนาสภาพแวดล้อมและความสะอาดของโรงเรียน ด้านการบริการทีดีในโรงเรียน และด้านการเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนและชุมชน ความต้องการโดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน 2.2 จำแนกตามอายุ พบว่า ด้านการบริการที่ดีในโรงเรียน ความต้องการโดยรวมระหว่างกลุ่มอายุแตกต่างกันที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ส่วนในด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตรและกระบวนการเรียนการสอน ด้านการพัฒนาบุคลากรในโรงเรียน ด้านการพัฒนาสภาพแวดล้อมและความสะอาดของโรงเรียน และด้านการเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนและชุมชน ไม่แตกต่างกัน 2.3 จำแนกตามสถานภาพ พบว่า ความต้องการด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตรและกระบวนการเรียนการสอน ด้านการพัฒนาบุคลากรในโรงเรียน ด้านการพัฒนาสภาพแวดล้อมและความสะอาดของโรงเรียน ด้านการบริการทีดีในโรงเรียน และด้านการเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนและชุมชน ความต้องการโดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน 3. แนวทางในการพัฒนาโรงเรียนบ้านช่องแมว สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาปัตตานี เขต 3 พบว่า 1) ครูควรมีให้เพียงพอต่อจำนวนนักเรียนและห้องเรียน 2) ครูควรมีความถนัดในวิชาที่สอนและเข้าสอนทุกคาบ 3) ครูควรมาโรงเรียนเช้าทุกวัน 4) ครูควรสอนและให้ความรู้นักเรียนอย่างเต็มที่ควบคู่กับภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น 5) การจัดกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ของโรงเรียน ควรเชิญชุมชนเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม 6) สถานศึกษาควรจัดประชุมเพื่อขอคำปรึกษาหารือ หรือขอความร่วมมือจากชุมชนในการวางแผนกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ เพื่อเป็นการเปิดโอกาสให้ชุมชนมีส่วนร่วม 7) ในการจัดกระบวนการเรียนรู้ ควรส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนให้มีการใช้นวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีสมัยใหม่ 8) ผู้บริหาร ครูผู้สอน และ บุคลากรทางการศึกษา ควรเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีประพฤติตนให้อยู่ในระเบียบวินัย โดยผู้บริหารต้องกำกับดูแล นิเทศอย่างต่อเนื่องและสม่ำเสมอ และ 9) ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาควรให้ความสนใจในการนำเอาแนวทางความต้องการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการพัฒนาสถานศึกษา
This research aimed to 1) study the needs of the community for Ban Chongmaew school development under the Pattani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, 2) compare the needs of the community in the school development, and 3) provide guidance for the development of Ban Chongmaew school. A sample group composed of 86 community representatives (14 school board committee and 72 guardians) in Saiburi district, Ban Chongmaew, by a specific random sampling through the table of Krejcie and Morgan. The results showed that 1. The needs of the community in Ban Chongmaew school development in an overall and each aspect were in high level. The important needs were good service of the school aspect, the personnel development aspect, the curriculum and instruction aspect, the development of the school environment and cleanliness aspect, and the promoting of school relationship with the community aspect, respectively. 2. Comparison of the needs of the community, by gender, age and status. 2.1 By gender showed that the issues of curriculum development and instruction, staff development, development of school environment and cleanliness, good service, and the relations between the school and communities, total needs no difference between males and females. 2.2 By age, found that the good service aspect had different opinion at the 0.05 level of statistical significance, but the curriculum and instruction aspect, staff development aspect, the development of school environment and cleanliness aspect, and the relations between the school and communities aspect had not significantly difference. 2.3 According to status, it was found that the issues of curriculum and instruction aspect, staff development aspect, the development of school environment and cleanliness aspect, good service aspect, and the relations between the school and communities aspect, total needs were not different between parents and school board committee statistically significant at the 0.05 level. 3. Suggestions 1) the school should provide enough teachers for number of students and classrooms, 2) teachers should have aptitude in subjects they teach and teach all periods, 3) teachers should come to school early, 4) teachers should teach and educate students fully in conjunction with local wisdom, 5) school should invite the community to participate in school activities, 6) school should invite the community to participate in school meeting, 7) school support and promote in using innovation and modern technology, 8) school director, teachers and educational personnel should be a good model to behave in a discipline, and 9) school administrator should pay an attention on ways of bringing the community to participate in the school for coordinating relationship.
