การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิภาพโครงการระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนในโรงเรียนบ้านบน สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปัตตานี เขต 3 ประจำปีการศึกษา 2551 ใน 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) ปัจจัยพื้นฐานด้านสภาวะแวดล้อมของระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน 2) ด้านกระบวนการปฏิบัติระหว่างดำเนินการของระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน และ 3) ด้านผลผลิตของระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน ซึ่งเป็นผลทางตรง ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ผู้บริหาร ครู นักเรียนช่วงชั้นที่ 2 และผู้ปกครองนักเรียนกรรมการสถานศึกษา จำนวน 100 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถามมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.88 ได้แบบสอบถามที่สมบูรณ์กลับคืนมาจำนวน 100 ฉบับ (ร้อยละ 100) สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย (mean) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (standard deviation) ผลการประเมินพบว่า ระดับประสิทธิภาพของโครงการระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนในโรงเรียนบ้านบน สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปัตตานี เขต 3 โดยภาพรวม ดังนี้ 1. ปัจจัยพื้นฐานด้านสภาวะแวดล้อมของระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณาตามองค์ประกอบ พบว่า ความต้องการจำเป็นของโครงการ ความพร้อมและทรัพยากร ความเป็นไปได้ของโครงการ และวัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2. ด้านกระบวนการปฏิบัติระหว่างดำเนินการระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณา เป็นรายข้อพบว่า ข้อที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดในระดับปานกลาง ได้แก่ ครูที่ปรึกษาดูแลนักเรียนเกี่ยวกับเรื่องทุน 3. ด้านผลผลิตของระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน ซึ่งเป็นผลทางตรงอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณา เป็นรายข้อ ประสิทธิภาพของโครงการสามารถบรรลุตามวัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการ
The purpose of this research was to study the proficiency of students care and support system in Banbon school, Pattani Educational Service Area Office 3, academic year 2008, concerning three factors 1) the environment fundamental factors of students care and support system, 2) the regard performance procedure during the operation of students care and support system, and 3) the regard products of students care and support system. These three factors were direct result. The research population composed of school administrators, homeroom teachers, level 2 students, guardians, and school committees, with the total of 100 people. The research instrument to gather data was questionnaire that had a reliability of 0.88. The complete recall questionnaires with the total of 100 copies (100%). The used statistics to analyze data were mean and standard deviation. The research results revealed as follows The general proficiency level of students care and support system in Banbon school, Pattani Educational Service Area Office 3 were as follows 1. The environment fundamental factors of students care and support system had an effective average at a moderate level. Consideration by factors, found that necessary need, readiness, resources, possibility and purposes of the project had an effective average at a moderate level. 2. The regard performance process during the operation of students care and support system had an effective average at a moderate level. Consideration by factors, found that the highest mean had an effective average at a moderate level was homeroom teachers who were responsible in students scholarship. 3. The regard products of students care and support system were direct result which had an effective average at a moderate level. Consideration by factors, the proficiency of the project was successful with the related purposes of the project.
